This time I was very disappointed with the staff and room, and how unwilling the staff was to help and how the room staff talked to us and how they( within themselves in our room and in front of us would talk about their shift hours, how it was time to go home, how they wouldn't stay overtime and how it was up to the management to find another staff for those times.

No local a estrutura e os funcionários foram bons (apesar de não ter roupão no quarto, o que foi ruim tendo em vista que tivemos que ir de roupa para a piscina aquecida, e retornar ao quarto de roupa por cima da roupa de banho molhada)! Fomos comemorar aniversario de casamento e tentei solicitar serviço de quarto especial para a chegada e não consegui, ninguém respondeu ou atendeu o pedido. Foi um pouco decepcionante pois se acompanhar pela rede social, fazem isso para a maioria dos hospedes, mas talvez somente para quem reserve diretamente com eles!
