750m from the seafront, a short walk along the main road & Right in the middle of town with excellent clean facilities - ideal for visiting and plenty of places to sit, drink, eat or just relax & watch the world go round, I couldn’t have found a better place to stay.

Highly recommended - central and comfortable

We would highly recommend this hotel. It's extremely well located, a few minutes walk from the port and surrounded by good food options (Nu9ve, just down the road, does excellent pizza). Late check in was really easy with codes sent to me. Everything was really comfortable, spotless and smelled amazing! The small rooftop pool was an added treat.

Accommodation exactly as described, room lovely and clean, shower pressure excellent. No issues accessing the property using the codes provided. Keyless entry to rooms is great, no worries about loosing keys when out and about. All of the staff we met were lovely. Perfect location for exploring, very near harbour, beach, shopping and tram station for going further afield. Roof top pool is an added bonus plus there are umbrellas available to take to the beach. Whilst we didn’t make use of the laundry facilities they are very good. Yes street noise can be off putting and the noise from five guys restaurant is pretty loud and goes on very late (we had a room directly above the restaurant on the 1st floor) but we just bought earplugs and they worked a treat so we wouldn’t be put off booking again.

Clean modern room in a great location around 5 or so mins to the marina! Staff were friendly and allowed a slightly later checkout. There are also lockers available in the building at no additional charge so you can leave your bags there if you have a late flight. Only negative and as mentioned by others, there is a lot of noise due to 5 guys right below, especially at closing when the staff are moving tables/chairs

Wasn’t great from the start. We had to message on WhatsApp multiple times on the morning of our arrival for details of when we could check in or if we could leave our luggage until check in. The website and booking confirmation stated that we could check in from 2pm but the hotel stated check in was from 3pm via WhatsApp. We waited around until 3pm and still hadn’t had a message to say the room was ready. Upon check in, we were told that check out is 11am. Again on the booking it stated 12pm so I’m not sure why there is so much inconsistency with this. Our room was on the first floor next to their office. I’d read lots of reviews saying that the accommodation was incredibly noisy. I thought it would be fine, we’ll just take ear plugs and we won’t be in the room much. Unfortunately no ear plug is strong enough to block out the noise outside or inside the hotel. We didn’t get a full nights sleep in 9 nights.

Great hotel but noisy location.

The hotel was lovely. The room was fine and the rooftop pool was very nice, reasonably quiet, too. Always managed to get a lounger. The location is excellent for accessing the area, however for me, it was also its worst bit. It is on a really busy and loud street and I found the noise too much, too late. If you’re a light sleeper, I would not recommend this hotel. I needed ear plugs every night. Not ideal.

Bon emplacement, proche du port et de la plage et en plein centre ville. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Des petites attentions en libre service comme un coin café ou des parasols en prêt. Personne à la réception de l'hôtel. Fonctionne avec un numéro de téléphone sur WhatsApp. Si pas de problème, aucun souci mais le dernier jour je suis partie de la chambre le matin en laissant la pancarte pour que la chambre soit faite. Je suis rentrée le soir à 20h chambre pas faite, pas de serviette propre... Dommage....

Perfekt

Perfect located in the centre of Alicante, close to everything you need. Close to el Barrio and Postiguet beach, but also shopping. Bus stop just outside the door. Super friendly host. There are no breakfast included, but that’s no problem, there are many restaurants just outside who serves breakfast.

A great location to stay in. Right in the city and 5 minute walk from the beach. Only downside is that five guys is right below you and they close at 2 am so every morning at 1:50 I could hear the table and chair stacking which made it terrible to sleep. Another downside was that I put my “please clean room” card on my door and no one cleaned it, so I put it on the 2nd day and the lady cleaned the room next to mine but not mine, and finally the 3rd day of putting my card up, they finally cleaned my room. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and the pool was an awesome addition for when you didn’t feel like going to the beach.

Renligt och fräscht hotellrum, litet till storleken men har alla nödvändigheter. Otroligt centralt läge om man vill bo nära restauranger och strand. Några få kvarter med kort promenad till shoppinggator. Som tidigare recensioner lyhört från gata och grannar men skulle oavsett bo igen då läge och renlighet väger upp hela upplevelsen. Takpool som var renligt med solstolar, dock inget med parasoll, ej uppvärmd pool men fortfarande badvänligt.

Comfy bed&shower but rooms are NOT soundproof 7/10

First of all the bed is extremely conmfortable, the shower is so good. Weird there was no hand soap though. But there were mini shampoo&body wash tubes. They were really nice zipping the two beds together. When I arrived the lamps and nightstands were dusty but everything else clean. The mini fridge didn't work but the maintenance responded very quickly and switched it out. The swimming pool and roof area is really nice. I saw half way through my trip that they have a small corner with a microwave and a coffee machine which would have been good to know sooner. I usually left the room at 11-noon and put the „Please clean my room“ on the door but nobody came. The receptionist which was nice and polite told me they only clean between 9-11 am so I put my alarm on and woke up at around 90:30, the cleaning lady that did not speak any english was right outside my door, I told her please give me 2 minutes and I'll be out of here and kept the door open, she switched the card on the door to „Do not disturb“ and I told her „No no no please clean my room, just 2 minutes“ then when I left I saw her in the hallway&winked.I went out and came back at around 11:30 and the room hadn't been cleaned but she was starting on it so I went to the rooftop to wait. These rooms should not be ranked soundproof, I heard noises all night from apartments upstairs also when the staff were switching shifts they talked right in front of my room. There was less noise at the Rambla street. Overall it was 7/10😊

Nice enough but very loud

The room is decent and the property is well located and central. However, it’s so loud at night that we could not get sleep. The windows are not double or triple glazed and we heard everything at the bar downstairs.. it was impossible to get good sleep.

Excellent apartment, very central to Marina, shopping, restaurants. Very clean and secure. Use keypad for front door and room, very easy. Nice roof top terrace. Attentive staff. Would definitely stay again.
