Prós: Quarto limpo e espaçoso, decoração bonita, chuveiro excelente com água quente e com pressão, café da manhã surpreendente. Estação de metrô em frente ao hotel, supermercados e farmácia a poucos metros. O que precisei de assistência foi rapidamente resolvida pelo WhatsApp. Contras: Travesseiros precisando de troca, com a fibra "murcha", não tem serviço de quarto, janelas que não abrem mas deixam o quarto com cheiro forte pela falta de ventilação, estacionamento cobrado a parte e a cada saída e entrada. Janelas não isolam o barulho da Paulista. Apesar dos contras, voltarei a me hospedar nesse hotel.

A localização é perfeita, o estúdio é pequeno, mas funcional. O café da manhã é servido no restaurante de baixo e tem muita variedade e estava tudo delicioso. A estação de metrô Consolação é na porta. O estacionamento poderia estar incluído ou pelo menos ter um desconto para os hóspedes. Adoramos a estadia e com certeza será sempre a nossa hospedagem em São Paulo.

O aparthotel é muito bem localizado com saída para a Av. Paulista, o atendimento é muito bom, as meninas da recepção são atenciosas e muito eficientes. Minha estadia tinha direito ao café da manhã e o café da manhã é excelente, apenas precisa organizar melhor a questão de hóspedes com direito a café da manhã pq de 15 em 15 min ia um garçom perguntar se eu tinha direito ao café da manhã, parecia q estavam desconfiando de mim. Se for de carro tem estacionamento com diária de 50 reais, porém vc n pode entrar e sair qd quiser, se fizer isso o tempo volta ao zero e vc precisa pagar novamente. O quarto muito bom e muito organizado e o sistema de comunicação com a recepção via WPP é muito bom.
