Eşim ile ilk defa geldiğimiz Gönen Otel de son derece rahat ve konforlu iki gün geçirdik. Hijyen konusunda içimizin rahat ettiği çok nadir yerlerden biriydi. Düşünenler var ise tereddütsüz tercih edebilirler. Kahvaltısı oldukça yeterli ve lezzetli. Merkezde her yere ulaşımı çok rahat ve özellikle tüm çalışanları ilgili hiç bir sorunuz ihtiyacınız cevapsız kalmıyor. Tüm çalışanlara çok çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Eşim ile biraz dinlenmek için göneni tercih ettik. Odalar balkonlu ve oldukça ferah. Manzaramız deniz ve havuza karşıydı. Akşam ışıklandırmalar ile manzaramız güzelleşti. Otelin Spası harika bir deneyimdi. Kahvaltılar oldukça yeterli ve yeme alanı güzeldi. Personeller ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Otel merkezi konumda ve her yere ulaşım çok kolaydı. Otelin konumu ve manzarası çok güzeldi. Resepsiyon ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Oday girdiğimizde genel olarak temizlik hizmeti güzeldi fakat tuvaletimizde leke vardı hemen gelip temizlediler. Perdemiz kornişten çıkmıştı söyledik fakat düzeltilmedi. Havuz temiz ve büyüktü. Havuza indiğimizde yaşlı esmer bir kadın vardı menü ve küllük istedik fakat hiç ilgilenmedi sadece telefonu ile ilgilendi bence hizmet sektöründe çalışmaya uygun biri değil. Sonrasında Aykut beyi gördük ve bizimle çok ilgilendi teşekkür ederiz. Terasta yemek katında yemekler çok güzeldi ve personel güler yüzlüydü fiyatlar ortalamaya göre güzeldi. Kahvaltıda çesitliydi ve güzeldi sadece simitler bayattı.

Hem Şile, hem de Gönen Hotel harikaydı.

Hem yerleşim yeri, hem temizlik bakımından güzel bir otel. Personelleri ilgili ve çözüm odaklı. Şile merkeze, sahile yakın. Kahvaltı iyi sayılır, ama daha zengin olabilirdi. Havuz temizdi. Çocuklu aileler için 6-7dk yürüme mesafesinde sahilde, her yaşa hitap eden çok harika bir belediye parkı mevcut. Otelin sahile açılan bahçe kapısı açık olsa daha güzel olurdu.

Molto deluso, non avrei ! Ho soggiornato in questo hotel convinto di vivere un’esperienza di lusso, ma purtroppo è stato tutto il contrario. Il servizio è stato il vero disastro: il personale alla reception è scortese e arrogante, sembra quasi che ti stiano facendo un favore ogni volta che chiedi qualcosa. Nessuna attenzione al cliente, nessun sorriso, solo superficialità e disorganizzazione. Per un hotel che si definisce a 5 stelle, mi aspettavo ben altro.

Cuando reservé mis vacaciones en este hotel, creí que viviría una experiencia extraordinara, de las que dejan huella, y así fue, pero en sentido negativo. El servicio recibido ha sido el peor de mi vida, no hablar turco ha sido un gran problema para ellos puesto que la gran mayoría no hablan ni inglés y esto en un hotel 5 estrellas es inconcebible. Tuvimos un problema con la reserva del tercer día (no la encontraban), despues de insistir en varias ocasiones para que nos confirmaran que todo estaba claro, nos dijeron que nos quedaramos tranquilos, que estaba todo bien.. al tercer día nos llamaron a la puerta para decirnos que teníamos que marcharnos.. pero.. pero, pero .. que desastre es este ? No teníais clara la reserva de la tercera noche? En resumen, es una pena que un hotel de estas características haga sentir "incómodos " a los huespedes internacionales además de ser poco amables y sonrientes, todo lo contrario a lo que buscamos en vacaciones.

Banyolar da şampuan, duş jeli tuvalet kağıdı hatta havuz kenarında ki duş ve wc'lerde bile noksansız tuvalet kağıdı, sabun, kağıt peçete bulunması, hijyen ve temizliğe önem verilmesi, personelin her konuda yardımcı olması, sabah kahvaltısında kahvaltı ürünlerinin seçkin, kaliteli, taze ve lezzetli olması, odaların konforlu ve iyi dekor edilmesi bizim için unutulmaz ve rahat bir tatil yaşamamızı sağladı... Zimmer bzw Hotel war sehr schön, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Bett gemütlich, Bad top, Schwimmbad genial. Frühstück war lecker und Abwechslungsreich. Einziges was hätte besser sein können, wir fanden die Preise auf der Terrasse etwas übertrieben, für die Preise hatten wir uns etwas besseres gewünscht, zweimal Fisch und ein Salat und Cola+Sprite knapp 3000tl. Und am Becken ice latte hatte nicht wirklich Geschmack und kostet etwa 5euro

Otelden genel anlamda memnun kaldık. personel güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Şefleri Orhan beye özellikle teşekkür ederiz. Oteldeki tek olumsuzluk ilk duşumuzda duş giderinin tıkanık olması nedeniyle taşan su, yatak odasındaki halıya kadar ulaştı halı ıslandı halı değiştirilmediği için 3 gün boyunca ıslak halının kokusundan rahatsız olduk. Halının alınması ya da değiştirilmesini istedik ancak bu konuda kimse yardımcı olmadı. Onun dışında herşey çok güzeldi, Şile de otel seçimim yine burası olur. Yeşekkür ederiz.

Şile Gönen Hotel is a hidden gem if you want to enjoy the Black Sea while staying close to Istanbul. The staff, facilities, local atmosphere, and food all exceeded our expectations. Our group of seven — spanning three generations — stayed here and truly appreciated the comfort and relaxing ambiance of the hotel. My personal favorites were the generous breakfasts, the refreshing swimming pool, and the relaxing sauna. Zahit, the accommodation manager, and Akgün, the food services manager, were absolutely fantastic — always helpful, friendly, and ready for a good conversation. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. We definitely hope to return in the future. If we had one small wish, it would be for improved cleanliness at the nearby public beaches — though we understand this may be beyond the hotel's direct control. Çok teşekkür ederiz, Şile Gönen Hotel ekibi!

Otele gitmesi kolay ve yeri çok merkezi. Park yeri de kolayca bulabildim ve sorun olmadı. Manzara çok güzel ve banyosu geniş ve moderndi. Odadaki çalışma masasının genişliğini az buldum. Laptopum ancak sığıyordu ama üst katlarda toplantı odaları mevcut gerekirse. Yer olarak Şile nin en merkezi yerine bir merdiven mesafesinde. Çalışanlar üst seviyede servis yapıyorlar. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve güzel. Ortalama 5 yıldızlı otellerin seviyesinin üstünde küçük / mini kruvasanlarıyla. Havuzun suyu da sıcaktı ve havlu, terlik servisi üst seviyedeydi. Genel olarak tekrar gitmeyi düşündüğüm bir otel.
