This is a very very good hotel. It’s new, clean and well designed. And the location is terrific. My only criticism is that the room cleaning was a little disappointing and could be improved. But really this is a minor issue.

The location of PAPO’A Harbor Hotel is excellent.. it’s in a vibrant area that’s perfect for walking and exploring. The hotel was fairly clean, which is always appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel felt incredibly unwelcoming. The check-in process relies on a QR code system, which didn’t work, and instead of keys or cards, you are given handwritten multiple long access codes just to enter the building and your room, a frustrating system, especially when you are tired from travel.The room itself was very small and lacked basic amenities. There was no kettle, no tea or coffee provided, and nowhere to hang clothes. Adding to the discomfort, there is no staff on-site at night, which made the place feel even more impersonal.While the design of the hotel may appear stylish at first glance, it felt over-designed with little attention paid to actual guest needs or comfort. The aesthetic choices don’t compensate for the lack of practical features.Pricing is on the high side considering the minimal service and amenities.More broadly, I found the late check-in and early check-out times common across Taiwan quite frustrating especially for international travelers. Being left without a room between 11 am and 4 pm, even when the room is clearly ready, just doesn't make sense. Overall, the area is lovely, but the hotel experience left a lot to be desired. A little more focus on hospitality and user comfort would be good.

旅店很新，設計文青，枕頭巨軟小孩是附小枕頭，可以直接線上無接觸辦理入住獲取入住密碼（全館出入門都是密碼鎖）隔音普通，電視無第四台，剛開時不知為何不能使用，約半小時後電視才連線上，浴室有浴缸但是門檻防水設計不良，淋浴時仍會流出，地上都有水痕看來是之前房客沒少淹過，地段不錯但停車沒有配合的區域，若能增加配合的停車場或是其他配套措施超加分！

非常舒服的閣樓房型，小孩非常開心！大人也很喜歡整個飯店低調質感的設計感，而且位置在駁二，讓我們感受了駁二從白天到夜晚的美！側門外就是oloo電動滑板車租借處非常方便！而訂房前看評論說隔音不好，其實完全不會！唯獨一個小缺點，我們check in之後在房間裡看電視喝贈送的可樂，之後外出用晚餐，回到房間發現桌上的可樂罐超多螞蟻延伸到地板和洗手台，後來喝完任何飲料，我們都沖乾淨冰回冰箱，或許房間外是一樓的關係，落地窗離樹木比較近，但這個小驚嚇不會讓我們嚇退，小孩說下次還要住這裡😁

地理位置佳，浴室設計有點怪

輕軌一下車就到飯店門口，超級方便，而且就在駁二裡面，走到哈瑪星也很近，地理位置真的超好。 入住算是半自助式，掃QRcode 填寫表單就可以拿到大門跟房間的密碼，這間飯店是用密碼鎖進出。晚上十一點櫃檯就沒有服務人員了，記得要把密碼截圖起來。 房間蠻新且乾淨，空間也非常大，沒有瓶裝水，但每層樓都有飲水機，冰箱有附飲料，只是不會補，喝完就沒了。 房間裏的電視沒有第四台，但有Netflix, Disney plus等串流平台，不需要額外登入自己的帳號，挺方便的。 浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗手台在浴室外面有點不方便。浴室裡的拉門只有一半，拉到右邊淋浴區，左邊的浴缸後面就沒遮蔽了，好詭異，這樣水還是會噴出去呀。再來是浴室的蓮蓬頭，看起來很美沒錯，但是拿久了有金屬味...壁掛也不能調整角度...有點可惜。 窗簾是電動式調整，不能只拉開一個，一次就是三個窗簾同時上下。

環境好，但人員交接要加強

環境很不錯，濃濃的復古風情! 可惜的是房間內沒有可以掛衣服的地方和浴廁乾、溼分離的接縫水會滲一些出去。 另外櫃檯態度是很親切，但交接沒做好，check in當天有多加一天住宿，可是沒交接到後來的上班櫃檯。在倒數第二天我們以外出時來電問我們⋯是否沒有帶走房間私人物品，但明明我們隔天才要check out！這方面的交接似乎要再加強。
