This hotel is almost brand new and is clean and state of the art. I had a full size fridge, dishwasher, kitchen sink, microwave and coffee maker. There was a full set of dishes and cutlery as well. Feista Foods (a grocery store), Kwik Mart, Culver’s, Caribou Coffee and Taco Bell are all within walking distance. This hotel is perfectly located for easy access to downtown Chippewa Falls, Leiny Lodge and Lake Wissota. High recommend!

This property is new and clean and quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful when we needed it. Coffee shop, grocery store and gas station is right there as well and all new. I would highly recommend! We stayed 8 nights and were very comfortable.

Brand new, sparkling clean, very friendly staff. Suite was spacious with a breakfast bar, dresser, ample lighting, and a HUGE frige and kitchenette. Very comfy beds and lots of soft pillows!

Clean and spacious small town hotel

Hotel is new and clean, spacious rooms, comfortable amenities, no frills but none needed. Right next to a gas station (Kwik Trip), a grocery store and a Taco Bell and right around the corner from a movie theater. TV service (DirecTV I think) didn't work during our stay and we tried calling the front desk twice to address this issue but got no response. Would have been a 5-star stay without this inconvenience.

Nice but needs some improvement

I want to give this place a great rating. It’s new and super close to family. We’d stay a lot! We had a king suite with separate bedroom. And no chairs other than the counter chairs. Sofa was uncomfortable. A full kitchen but no table/chairs. Enormous room with lots of wasted space. No rugs on floors; for wheelchairs I guess—but it is a regular tub so not wheelchair accessible anyway—put down some carpet or rugs. Really noisy due to floors! Heard other people above and beside our room. I hope they will get some comfortable seating, acoustics, a table/desk and chairs in the suite! I didn’t mind no breakfast due to kitchen, but didn’t know until we were leaving they had coffee and table and chairs down stairs. So you can microwave your food and eat it there….but a table in the room is a must for us. No place to play games or sit around. In an extended stay, I expect a place to relax other than sitting on the bed.

Wonderful

The hotel, grounds, and room were very clean. Our room was very nice. The staff was fantastic and friendly. Great service and our service dogs were treated very well. I only had one small issue and that was the extra firmness of the bed. We will stay again if in the area.
