Very run down. Felt a little uneasy as could hear noise and yelling coming from the room next to me. Limited parking where it’s first in. Disappointing that you pay $100 deposit once you get there but didn’t see it mentioned when booked online and you have to clean the room, take your rubbish upon check out which makes me question if they even clean the room for the next guests. On the plus great location with the big mall and dining across the road.

Lication waa good. Place was not safe. Noises occured for the three nights stay. Yelling, drunken people next door the apartment and other people smoking outside shouting. Rubbish was left outside, thr view was not nice. The whole building requires an immediate uplift. The only positive ia the staff.

The lack of on-site staff after hours. Road works, could not sleep. Lack of facilities to basically do any essential things like empty rubbish and wash clothes. All in all, camping fees would suffice for this venue if hot water wasn't provided.

Great location to get to Jupiter’s and Broadbeach. Room was basic but comfortable. I was able to park the car and then walk everywhere I needed

Their online presence is completely inaccurate and should be taken down. 2 power points in the apartment none in the bedroom. No extra blankets for winter. Wild parties in the complex that were not addressed & management could not be reached during this time. Apartment smelled like cigarettes & was surrounded by construction sites. Spa was cold. It’s not really a motel as most other apartments are permanently occupied by residents. We should be refunded
