Location was absolutely perfect! Just a few minutes walk to all the shops & sites such as the Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps & Piazza Popolo. The room was spotless - the huge floor to ceiling wondows were such an added bonus. Obviously as it’s a boutique hotel you don’t benefit from 24/7 reception, however it felt very safe. If you arrive late at night it can be a little daunting to find - I would suggest better signs out front but it’s right opposite Max & Co. There are some roadworks being done which can be noisy in the morning but that didn’t bother us, it was lovely opening up the windows in the evening and hearing the bustle down below. This is seriously one of the best places we’ve stayed & we’ll probably stay here everytime we visit Rome!

Great small boutique hotel in absolut prime location in old Rome. A very well driven hotel with high class service and polite staff in the reception. All you need and a very nice hotel at fair prices.

Location, staff and room was fantastic. Building is clean and safe and as pictured. Only thing that could have been improved was the air conditioning in the room. As mentioned in other reviews it wasn’t cool enough and seemed weak compared to what is needed. Other than that would definitely stay here again.

O time do hotel é incrível! Chegamos cedo e muito cansados e eles fizeram de tudo para que nosso quarto ficasse pronto antes! Unico downside é que a recepcao não é 24 horas. Então, se vc vai chegar antes de 8:30 da manha, vai ter que esperar chegar alguém. A localização é perfeita - você faz tudo a pé! Os quartos e recepcao iguais as fotos!
