The location and property was great.

Prage cloud

Very modern and clean hotel, room was large and modern. Staff were young and frendly and happy to help. No kettle

The hotel is in a great position. Everything is very walkable from its location. The hotel looks new. It was very clean and modern. Our room was incredibly small. I don’t normally mind this but this was quite extreme. My

Ideal hotel in terms of location. Value for money. Good breakfast and bar area

10/10 Exceptional

Clean room and great location just 200m from Prague Central station and an easy 15minute walk to the Old Town and main shopping area.

2/10 Poor

Very disappointing experience We arrived late at night after a 7-hour train ride and were first given a wheelchair-accessible room with a broken toilet, at the end of a confusing hallway. After several trips back and forth to the reception, we were moved to another room — but it took 45 minutes and multiple key card issues. The new room was extremely small, had a bad smell, and was noisy from the main road. Definitely not worth over $400 per night. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel.
Lior, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Fantastically convenient (close to old town without the crowds of old town and close to the train station) and super clean and comfortable. However, no drinking water was available in the room and couldn't find any in the hotel.

Disappointed on delayed luggage handling

Informed about my baggage delay, but the reception was not too helpful on helping out. Have to go down to reception several times to check myself on my luggage arrival. And they missed to get the receipt of luggage delivery. Overall hotel is ok, breakfast area is fantastic especially the rooftop have a very nice view.

Overall, a good value hotel for the price. The room was small, but it was a very clean place. There was no refrigerator, coffee, tea, or any other drinks available. This was unlike the usual hotels in other places, and it might not be common in Europe. But not even a phone in the room to communicate with reception!

4/10 Fair

Tiny room, very claustrophobic and the heating/cooling system didn't work. There were no tea/coffee or fridge amenities. There was the minimum of clothing storage, one dustbin and a shower that clogged up and sprayed water across the rest of the floor. The only hotel that I have stayed at, anywhere in the world, that didn' t have at least one English television channel! Like all Motel One hotels no gym/fitness area. The good bits. Stylish entrance and bar, close to the central station. Not far from the old town. Probably fine for a single business person only staying one night. Personally, I would choose a better hotel, even if it meant spending 20 - 30% more.

Great stay

Very friendly staff in the reception. Great room. Clean and nice.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very small but fine for just a one night stay. The bar and lounge on the 6th floor were fab and I’d recommend getting the breakfast - it was great quality. The only thing I would have liked which was missing was a kettle in the room.

Location location location..

This hotel is located in the perfect spot next tot he train stain a steam station. We were able to walk everywhere from there. Super friendly staff and fantastic terrace. The room was a but warm but you are able to open windows. If you are from the USA know that this hotel doesn’t have mini fridge, microwave, iron, little wash cloths, but the hair dryer is on point.

6/10 Good

Modern hotel, room small but clean and nice. However no kettle or fridge, really disappointing had to spend £3 on a tea at the bar. Bar very nice but expensive. Walkable to the old town about 15 minutes and near clothes shops. Outside the hotel is a 24 hour small shop.

I absolutely loved this place! Some people complain about the size of the room, but it was perfectly sufficient for me. Highly, highly recommend for anyone who visits Prague. Only a 10-15min walk to central Old Town so its a good location. Bar on 6th floor is very nice to have. Beautiful facilities across the board.
Sean, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

For what it costs, the hotel was a disappointment!

The attitude of 90% of the workers was absolutely awful!! Wether it was checking in while the person was having a casual chat with his co-worker or asking the workers at the bar for ANYTHING and feeling like they freaking HATE you for coming to them at all!! The Rooms are super basic. No minibar/ no coffe machine/ kettle.. The cleaning crew sometimes did amazing and sometimes didn't show up at all. We paid extra 20€ per night for our dog and the carpet wasn't even daily vacuumed.
5-night trip

6/10 Good

Small room, uncomfortable pillows and poor water pressure in shower. Despite being a new hotel some signs that it wasn’t being well cleaned. No tea making facilities in room. smells in bathroom that suggest plumbing issues
Michael, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Lacking in Basic Confort

We booked the hotel based on its high review rating, however, although the location is convenient for easy access to the Old Town sites and the check-in staff were friendly, for a relatively new hotel it lacked basic mod-cons. The rooms are tiny but numerous in number, they lack tea and coffee tray facilities, USB/C ports and are are more akin to a Travelodge )which provides tea and coffee making facilities in the room) than a hotel. Therefore, the hotel does not warrant the price-raf it charges for what is in essence a very basic room.
