Perfect Location with Extra Touches Included!

This lovely aparthotel is truly in the BEST location possible: you are in a quiet oasis only five minutes walking to the heart of the old town. The owners clearly care a lot about their property and include all kinds of extras/nice touches in the room to make sure your stay is perfect. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and very well kept, superb bathroom. Great amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and service minded. The hotell is 5 minutes walk from the old town, so ideally located. I will most definitely stay here again when I return to Warsaw.

The suite was newly renovated. It was very clean and comfortable. A lot of little additional touches to make your stay pleasant. Good location and a few minutes walk to old town and the Royal route. The entrance to the building, the court yard, the stairs are run down and need to be updated . A bit of contrast with everything brand new in the rooms.

Wow! Best place

Wow love this place! Everything was so perfect. The hotel is close to the old town. The staff was really nice. We had nice attentions (gifts) in the room at our arrival and a departure gift. The room was very clean and cosy. We recommend this place to anyone who wont to visit Warsaw. Best place in Warsaw.

Location, location, location

Perfect location to explore the old town of Warsaw. Bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable and not king size as we know in North America. Lots of tiny ants attracted to your drinks but overall we loved it!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. They have a lovely team and Nicole and her husband who own the place seem very friendly. The rooms were clean and they had nice touches in the room. They were all very helpful and I would come back. We had an ant issue in the room that was never fully resolved which is why I can't rate this place higher. I do think we were unlucky with this and for that reason I'd come back.

This hotel was an absolute delight! The location is fantastic, offering easy access to everything while still being peaceful and quiet—perfect for a solo traveller looking for a relaxing stay. The rooms are beautifully renovated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making my stay incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, tea, and snacks, which were a lovely touch. The goodbye gift was an unexpected and thoughtful surprise that made my experience even more special. Above all, the staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and truly dedicated to making guests feel welcome. This hotel goes above and beyond in every way, and I would happily stay here again!

Appears to be a newly renovated property. Owners greeted us in person. Exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Short 5 minute walk to market square, the river, and public transportation. Very quiet and safe neighborhood at night with a small grocery store (open til 10) and coffee shop just a few steps away. Only negative was that the lift was operational for only part of our stay as the owners were awaiting for a replacement part. But life happens, it was not a big deal. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here on my next trip to Warsaw.

Brilliant, friendly and comfortable hotel

My husband and I stayed at the hotel in April 2025. It was in a very easy to access location and had a nice view of St. Anne's Church and the Palace from the street. It is down the hill from the Old Town but has an easy path to get up there. Our room was upgraded and was very comfortable. It was very spacious and quiet, despite being right by the Old Town. The bathroom was also very large. There were complimentary drinks in the mini fridge which was very nice after a long day of travel. We had a sofa, wardrobe, coffee table, desk, mirror, etc. They had also prepared little goody baskets for us which had a toothbrush, razor, slippers, face towel and some gummy bear. It was one of the nicer hotels we have stayed at in a while. The staff were very friendly and messaged ahead of time. I also alerted them that my husband might be reaching the hotel ahead of me as he had to come early on business and they were very communicative. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Warsaw.

This Aparthotel is a few steps away from the Old Town. Right around the corner there's a grocery store and a great cafe with homemade food, that opens at 11 am. The appartment we stayed in was very clean, with beautiful furniture, decorations and a nice welcome gift on each bed. We had fhe family suite, very nice decorated, on the 2nd floor (they assisted with luggages since the elevator was broken). Our appartment had cutlery, cups, plates, but it doesn't have a stove. The owners are very nice, they allowed us to prepare brekafast in a separate kitchen and we ate it in our appartment (we got the groceries from the store next door). Excellent stay, quiet area, steps away from the Old Town. We highly recommend it, the owners are right there, ready to assist with any inquiries.

Just book here, you'll be happy. We really liked our studio, it had everything we were looking for a weekend stay. The only thing missing in the studio would be a desk if you were trying to get work done, but that's clear from their description and pictures. Anything negative would be trying to find faults. We liked the studio was close to the old town but out of the heart of it. It is also close to a main tram line and buses. There is a very good cafe and small grocery store just around the corner plus a larger grocery store a few hundred meters away. The owners provided very good communication and the front door porters, while they didnt speak much English, always met us with a wave and a smile to make you feel at home. There were lots of little touches that added to the overall experience such as a substantial amenities package, and bathrobes and slippers. We'd happily come back if we are back in Warsaw.

Schönes Hotel nahe der Altstadt

Schönes Hotel in fussläufiger Entfernung zur Altstadt. Wir hatten eine Familiensuite. Die Zimmergrösse war gut ausreichend. Wenn man zumindest den Nescafé täglich aufgefüllt bekäme, wäre alles perfekt.

This place is awesome! Our 2 bedroom suite had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The location is perfect as it’s a short walk to the old town area and the bus stop to get anywhere else you need. The hotel staff was outstanding, especially Boris who helped us multiple times. They even provided snacks, beverages and a small amenities basket. Our son loved the gummy bears. Great place. Stay here!
