Love the staff in Sunwing Kamala Beach resort. They are friendly and super nice. Their food are excellent with lots of varieties. Guest relation Raenelyn was amazing gave us information on top resturants around the beach and where to get a legit Thai massage. In Some kitchen, staff LetLet, Lovi, and Alyssa were very accommodating and made us feel at home.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Best rest I have had in a long time! Staff are so lovely. Only thing I didn’t rate well was the day spa, not worth the price. I got better treatments on the street. Khao Lak is a very quiet place. You don’t come here for the night life. You come here to relax and do a few day trips or diving in the dry season. No diving between may and October as the islands are closed for conservation.

We had an amazing stay. The room had everything we needed including basic kitchen facilities which was really handy. Our room had a great outlook over the pools and the sunset. Sunwing Kamala resort was perfect for a family break in Phuket. The hotel has a number of pools to choose from, slides, kids entertainment, and kids clubs for all ages. The location is perfect, situated on a beautiful stretch of beach, with lots of options for shopping and eating near by. 7 even 3 minute walk, a local night market Monday to Friday right outside, you cannot ask for more.

We had a great experience staying at Sunwing. First we stayed at their beach bungalow as our 3 children love to be close to the beach, then we moved to the pool access family deluxe rooms. Renelyn from customer service was amazing helping with room recommendation and managing all accommodations for us. the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to all of our needs. I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was very good and exceptionally clean. Rooms were spacious and the staff were very friendly. Plenty of restaurants near by. Breakfast was ok, lots of options. Kids eat free if you dine in at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is card only but most places out and about are cash. Overall a great holiday and would definitely go back. About an hour transfer from the Airport.
