Lovely hotel in a great location. Really well maintained and the room was really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too. The reception area has a really strong air freshener which I felt was over powering. Lovely scent but a little headache inducing if you ask me.

Lovely stay in St Albans. Good location to the shops, restaurants, cafes, train line. Front desk staff was very nice. Really soft towels in the washroom as well. If you’re on level one, you may hear a fair amount of noise from the floor above.

The hotel was really lovely inside. Almost like a tardis. The staff were so nice and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was great, and when it came to breakfast, we couldnt fault it. Plenty of choice and a waiter who was very attentive. Overall a great stay and we'll be back again in October

Excellent hotel staff and breakfast. Could not have been any better. The good for eco friendliness instead of excellent was because our towels were changed each day of our two day stay and we would have been happy to use the same towels for the two days to save on washing and help the environment. We will definitely stay again.
