The hotel is in the perfect place to get to Sanibel and Captivata - it’s very close to the toll road. The hotel is immaculate and the ladies at the front are super friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Our stay was great! Beautiful property. The service was impeccable. Ivonne the Front Desk Supervisor was amazing as was Alisha the Front Desk clerk. The room was clean and beautiful. Only suggestion was that a trash can under the sink would be great and the coffee in the lobby being monitored better. It was either empty or cold.
