Its location is unbeatable—just a two-minute walk from the central plaza, making it really easy to dive right into the heart of the city. If you get a room with a city view, you'll be treated to charming scenes right from your window: the horse-drawn carriages passing by and the lively bustle of people in the streets below.

Driver picked us up( arranged with hotel) good rate. And arranged transport also for return. Staff friendly and helpful ( all) Breakfast good / linen changed .. Nice and quiet too! ( 26/5 to 30/5/25) If returning to Krakow I would book here again. No real complaints only a bit of a trip hazard in our room. Which was written in Polish !
