The location is perfect, easy to get to every major attraction in the city center. The room was big with a very nice view, breakfast was great, with beautiful view from the balcony, and the staff was superb. Never in my life I felt that hotel staff wanted to help this much. We stayed in the terrace suite, Santa Catarina. The view was literally the best view in Lisbon and we didn’t want to leave the patio. The staff was amazing and they took care of the luggage, but still a bit of up and down and not great if you have mobility issues. Only drawback was 5-6 flights of stairs and no elevator. Service was fantastic
