Overall, I had a great stay. The room was spacious and clean. The beds weren't very comfortable too me because they were too firm for my back. The room had a couch that was more comfortable to sleep on. It let out into a bed but i didn't access it. My grandkids enjoyed the pool. On the 2nd day it was unusually dirty towards the deep end so we stayed on the 3 ft end.

The Hotel is very easily accessible from the freeway as well as in town. Perfectly situated amongst many nice dining establishments well within walking distance. Hotel Staff is very kind, attentive, and extremely helpful. The Hotel Manager Mr Richard was exceedingly gracious, and ready to assist with a rather compromising incident experienced. Was extremely helpful and understanding. This Leadership clearly sets the baseline for the Hotel's Staff and it clearly resonates throughout. The continental breakfast was more than complimentary and more than met our needs and carried us well throughout our day. Thank You to Management and Staff for your help in making our stay quite comfortable and pleasant.

We were told the electric was going to be shut off from 10p-6a. I had 30 minutes to pack and had to find another hotel. Everything in Hubstville was taken. I had to drive to The Woodlands and pay almost $200 to get another room at the Hone 2Suites I am hopeful the company will do the right thing and refund us the night we could t stay there and a voucher for future use.
