This hotel had an system issue so they couldn't check us in at first and we were told to wait 30 minutes, which we were okay with, but soon enough it turned into 5 hours which resulted into us wanting a refund. When telling them, they didn't want to refund the money back, some lady told us she was going to help find available rooms by herself yet she didnt and stayed in the back. I just want to say, are they racist or not? Because me and my family are Asian and were the second ones there waiting list for our rooms, but out of everyone that were waiting and coming in they were all booked and have a room while my family and I were stuck in the lobby. All the people here were all colors of race and we were the only asians coming in. Worst experience here epscially since my family always book for Holiday Inns, had high expectation.the owner of Holidays inns need to know what happen to us tonight.
