This is a fabulous property. Clean and stylish, the common areas are welcoming and provide comfortable furnishings to relax and enjoy your visit. The pool is a wonderful amenity and the restaurant provides excellent dining options. The room is comfortably decorated and has everything you need for your stay.

Perfect Hoi An hotel

This is a delightful hotel, modern and well designed with a great pool. Breakfast is of a high quality with lots of options. It is well located a few minutes from the river and a very short walk to old town. Lots of eating options nearby. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They provide free bikes. The room was well appointed with English shows and movies on the TV. I would highly recommend Cozy An.

Loved this place. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. We had a top floor room with a view across the rooftops and down the river. There was a small balcony. It copped the morning sun but was great in the late afternoon when there’s a bit of a breeze. Breakfast is good too.

Prgressively appointed hotel in the Go part Hoi an

Everything pops. Interiors and fittings that embody Vietnamese innovation. Flawlessly incorporated compact interior areas with a great restaurant, bar and pool. Very articulate massage and spa. A small walk to the Old City circuit. A short walk to the spectacular Memories show. My pick of many Hoi An visits. Oh, and Tony the Tailor around the corner

You know a vacation is an excellent vacation when you want to continue your stay. Cozy An Hoi An is an excellent example of what a hotel should be like. All aspects of our stay were looked after in a friendly and genuine manner by all staff and management staff. We could not be more pleased with them. We would like to especially thank Lucy Pham (Front Desk Management Staff) for her tremendous customer support skill set. We could not be more thankful for her help, advice, and support. Lucy, you are a great asset to your team and organization. Thank you Cozy An, we hope to be back next year at this property and or the Da Nang location.

Amazing hotel

Cozy hotel An is an excellent place to stay in Hoi An. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable and the amenities have good quality. There are two free bottles of water a day inside the fridge, besides tea and coffee. The breakfast is complete, and the attendant prepares scrambled eggs and omelettes. There are a swiming pool and a gym, and towels to use, and the restaurant is very good. Laundry service is available, pontually and efficiently. It is a few walking Hoi An downtown. I definitively recommend the hotel.

We have now been to Hoi An 4 times. Each time we have stayed at a different hotel due to these venues not meeting our expectations and needs. This latest trip we were advised to try the Cozy An Boutique Hotel. What great advise that was. We struck gold. This venue is modern and well maintained. It is situated within easy walking distance to Old Town where the action is. The staff are magnificent. They are professional, friendly and helpful plus they have a detailed knowledge of the local environment. As a bonus most have an excellent working knowledge of English. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. They are efficiently serviced each day. It has a secluded pool available to cool off on those hot days. The buffet breakfast is a food lovers delight with the menu aimed at the local market as well as those with a western palate. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. This hotel is exceptional in terms of venue and price. Without hesitation I give it my highest recommendation. We will return here on our next visit.

Uno dei migliori hotel del Vietnam. Colazione ottima, sia dolce che salata e preparano anche caffè e cappuccino a pagamento. Arredamento nuovo e moderno. Servizio ottimo e bici gratuite. Consigliato anche per la zona silenziosa e a pochi passi dal centro facendo anche il vicino lungo fiume.
