Long story short the place has a nice location. Staff are decent. The power cord of the night lamp blew up in my hand when I was trying to plug in my phone charger. I got electrocuted and it turned my hand black. I notified the staff and they changed out the lamp no apology. But nice location and decent view of the water.

Location is good, close to many restaurants and attractions. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to please. Special attention was given to provide breakfast that suits different tastes. Many Chinese, very few westerns. Hotel is dated and in need of renovation. Felt sorry for staff being poorly treated by some of the guests.

Poor customers service

Although the hotel location is in the heart of the major attraction, the hotel staff seems unhappy and stressed. Not a good vibe. The front desk reception personnel (short guy in thick glasses) seems uninterested in serving guests, acting quite snobbish and extremely unfriendly. He seems like or acting like he's the owner's son (the arrogant attitude). There are a lot more other hotels to choice from so I would look around for other options. That's too bad.

Nice hotel for the price.

We stayed at the light hotel for three nights. Mrs Pham was very friendly and accomodating. She gave us a choice of rooms so that we could stay comfortably in a room with our two daughters. We took the seaview room with a small balcony, which was comfortable given the price. Great location in Nha Trang, and opposite the beach. Our only negative was that we ate breakfast out, as the included buffet breakfast was no good for our tastes. Otherwise we were happy with our stay.

Great location but fairly old and needs some work

the staff need some training in dealing with customers, excluding the reception staff who were good. A gym was advertised as a facility, there was no gym! The buffet breakfast was average with no western choices. There was a room service menu, but when we called to order we were told it was finished?? The only positive was that it was across the road from the beach and close to restaurants.

Hotel was good, great sized room. 10/10 location. Staff were extremely helpful. Good price with no un-necessary bells and whistles. Great stay.

Hotellet lå ganske sentralt til, men personalets engelsk kunnskap var meget begrenset om i det hele tatt tilstedeværende.Servicen på hotellets restaurant var elendig. De virket rundt uten å gjøre noe som helt. Vi tok en suite da det så ut til å ha det vi ønsket som for. Eks balkong. Balkongen var derimot ikke på en kvadrat engang. Dusjen var en hånddusj i badekaret så det var tungvint. Rommet var generelt gammeldags. Det eneste som var bra var senga. Den var behagelig.

Light is Right

Place was perfectly located , across from beach short walk to town . Huge room great service by staff . The were quick to fix any errors and very adept at English . Seafood buffet service was a little slow . Place definitely a bargain and look forward to returning

Far too noisy, they don't like children, Zoo expensive, room service means they nock at your door at 08.00 am and order you out oft the room. Overall , nothing to write home about.

Room was in fair condition but in a great location. There was a rip curl beach party on the other side of the street from us on the first night which was really noisy but other than that it was normal Vietnam traffic noise! Service was good, breakfast ok but coffee from cafe terrible!

Hotellet ligger sentralt i Nha Trang. Rett ved stranden. Hovedveien og en dal anleggsarbeid rett utenfor som skaper en del støy spesielt om morgenen. Topp frokos! Ekstremt god service og imøtekommende i Resepsjonen. Hjelper deg med ALT det måtte være! Mvh Thomas Jenssen

Kamers zijn vernieuwd en zien er keurig uit. De gangen en liften zijn wat rommelig en het rumoer van de boulevard is in het hotel goed hoorbaar

Nice Hotel in great location

stayed here with our 2 teenage sons just last week , this hotel was in a great location and the rooms were very nice with a view of NhaTrang beach . You really couldnt fault the cleanliness of this hotel . I would definately stay again .

Strandferie

Vi har bestilt værelse på The light hotel men dag før ophold af den hotel blev vi kontakt af en medarbejder som hedder Phuc. Hun er så behjælpelig og dygtig til at finde en anden hotel til os da The light er under restaurering. Vi har boet 5 dage på Green World hotel og er meget tilfreds på den kompensation som vi har fået. Green World hotel har en fantastisk udsigt. Og fremragende morgenmads buffer.

フロントスタッフが何でも相談できるので、とても助かりました。ただ、上階で工事をしており7時半からガンガン音が鳴っていて、昼休みをはさんで4時ころまで続いたので昼寝ができず、その点はつらかった。プールも浅いプールと深いプールとあり楽しめます。

Utmärkt läge för bad, i staden

Bra rum med ocean view, hjälpsam personal med nån som talar bra engelska i reception. 50 m. till beach dock över trafikerad väg men finns nog inga bättre beach läge centrala Nha -Trang, finns nog inte hotel o bungalows direkt på beach vad vi såg. Något hårda sängar för äldre ?.
