Great experience!

The hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the city. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I loved that it was located in the older section of Macau so we could walk around and eat at local spots. To reach the casino area you can take a bus from mear the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience Macau and the Portaguese influence on the city.

The hotel looks nice and new inside and has a great big window view from 25th floor. The main bad thing is that my computer cannot connect to their wifi whereas my cell phone can and they don't know what's the reason too and told me to use my cell phone hot spot to connect to internet instead. I think one should be able to use wifi there as I was able to connect to wifi in another nearby hotel on a computer.

Check-in was a breeze even at 2 am! Room was fairly clean and front desk was courteous and helpful with the many questions I had. I was surprised my room was cleaned just hours after my check in, which was unnecessary. I was most frustrated with not knowing how to navigate the tv. I couldnt find local news or anything , but it could just be me.

Good value hotel, clean and comfortable stay. Shower pressure was excellent. Lobby staff had difficulties communicating in English. Not close to main attractions of Macau and needing to bus but the bus stations are literally a skip away so very convenient. Plenty of food options around

I loved the room and the view. The rooms are quite small but designed in a smart way so that the room size didn't actually bother me. I loved the view from my room and enjoyed the area as well, even though it's not super close to the main tourist area. My main suggestion for improvement is to have more vegetarian options at breakfast as there was basically nothing vegetarian. Had I known this before I would have booked a room without breakfast.

Although the hotel is quite far from the tourist area but Macau is small and you can go anywhere with buses. It’s very convenient to get the bus around. It’s in a quiet area and I quite enjoy seeing local scenes rather than tourists. The property is new, very clean, bed quality is good. The room has USB sockets and international plugs which are handy. Breakfast options are great. Definitely an absolutely great value for money. Tips -corner room is more spacious than the standard room which the width of the room is almost the length of the bed. I booked a corner room and got a room on the high floor. Highly recommend this room type.

Amazing staff. When I arrived early to drop off my luggage until check-in time, my room was ready, so Barry helped me check-in early. I also had an issue with using the atm at the bank downstairs. Another lovely lady at the front desk came down with me to help me, and also gave me directions to the nearest money exchange. The room itself has paper thin walls. I was woken up at 3am by other guests talking outside my door.
