An outstanding place

This is perhaps the most outstanding and unique place we have ever stayed in Turkey. As a renovated caravanserai, it meets both the high level expectation for comfort and the expectation for something "totally different" and historically important. The site is beautifully renovated, it feels like a luxury resort, and the experience it provided was memorable, even remarkable. We loved this place and highly recommend it for anyone seeking an authentic Turkish experience with contemporary amenities. OUTSTANDING!!!

Nice historical facilities, although they could have done a better job with the bathrooms. Dining facilities is rather limited while breakfast needs to be improved. Recommend not to take breakfast with the room rate, if that’s an option. Staff are very helpful.

Very cool hotel

The staff are warm and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. The common areas are spectacular. A very cool property with inspiring views of the mosque. Room had great AC. Bed very comfortable. Small. Little natural light. Very clean but quite small bathroom. I would give it a higher overall rating but found the continuous piped in music in the adjoining common area is much too high volume—it is a hotel, for sleep, after all. Really cool place!

Bulgaristan dan akrabamız ziyarete geleceği için Çift kişilik yataklı olacak şekilde 3 adet oda rezervasyonu yaptık ancak misafirlerimizin resimlerdeki gibi çift kişilik yatakta değil tek kişilik yataklı odalarda misafir edildiğini sonradan öğrendim, ticaretin de onuru, haysiyeti olmalı.. oda tutacaklar ilanda açıklamalar yer aldığı ve resimlerde gördüğü halde güvenmeyip teyit etmek için tekrar tekrar sorsunlar bence, kolpadan açıklama yazıp resim koymayla olmuyor maalesef.

Tolles Gebäude - schmallippiges Personal

Tolles Ambiente in dem fast 500 Jahre alten, historischen Bau. Aber die Zimmer sind etwas lieblos ausgestattet. Keine Stühle, Tische, keine Ablagen...so muss man alles auf den Boden legen...naja...egal, aber schade. Personal sehr einsilbig und wenig entgegenkommend. Im Frühstückspavillon im Hof wurde geraucht, was nicht so prall war...es sei denn man ist selbst ein Smoker, dann ist es natürlich toll. Für mich nicht...Das Frühstück war zudem sehr dürftig und schmeckte nicht, uralter Simit ...der Teller wird unter einer Silberglocke serviert. Man hätte sie besser zugelassen...nächstes Mal besser ohne Frühstück buchen. Es macht einfach keine Freude, den Kram runterzudrücken...

Otopark var diyorlar ama otelin önündeki otopark ayrı bir işletmeymiş. Dolayısıyla geldiğinizde arabanızı koyacak yer bulamayabilirsiniz biz koyamadık arabayı. Sabahın 8:30 unda müzik çalmaya başlamaları, hangi sorunla gitsen “ilk defa başımıza geliyor” denip yardımcı olunmaması. Akşam geç gelirseniz otelin kapısını kapatıyorlar kapıyı tıklatmanız lazım duyan olursa gelip açması için.
