Aweful in every way, not clean, not functioning, awful food. The staff was mostly very friendly and tried to help except the management, but that in no way makes up for the deficiencies of the property. Easily the worst IHG property I've been to.

Good Stay but Terrible Food

The hotel is quite big, so be ready for a lot of walking between the reception, the rooms, and the beach. For the price, I’d say the quality is fair. My room was clean, spacious, and had good air conditioning. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. What really let the place down was the food. Breakfast had lots of options, but honestly, everything tasted bland and looked unappealing. The restaurant itself was such a disappointment that I didn’t even want to pass by it because of the smell. Definitely not the place to eat.

My daughter and I planned this mother daughter trip and arrived to your Hotel. From the entrance with Emre, to front desk with Yusuf and his team, the hospitality was superb. The view from the large terrace (front of the hotel) was magnificent. Felt like you were on top of Bodrum. Back of the resort extremely relaxing with excellent service by many lounge areas right along the water. Views are breathtaking both front of the property and back not to mention 10 minutes taxi to the city center where the shops are located. Highly recommend!! Thank you to all staff for their kind service. Until next vacation!!

We had a cockroach in the one morning we woke up. Brought it up with both reception and customer relations. The receptionist said she would send someone to clean and sanitise the room. It was done but no further dialog, change of room or any compensation took place despite of another approach from our side to customer relations. He seemed to ”care” more than the receptionist and took notes but the hotel did not take any further actions. With kids in the room, this has clearly affected the whole experience very negatively where we noticed a huge lack of service mind in the staff and hotel management. A luxury hotel on the paper with great potential, but a very bad experience..

Our Disappointing Experience

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money We returned to this hotel after a great experience 2 years ago — tasty food, quality drinks, friendly staff. This time, we brought family (5 adults, 1 child) and booked 2 luxury rooms, expecting the same standards. ❌ At check-in, we were shocked to learn that “All-Inclusive” was no longer valid — only breakfast included. No notice on the website, no meal plan options during booking. ❌ We were forced to pay 70,000 TL extra (35,000 per room, $1750) or leave(They wont refund). No help, no flexibility. Staff were cold, unhelpful, and dismissive. We've paid 107.000 TL before, total 177.000 TL for 4 days 🤡 🍽️ The food was a huge letdown: • Lunch = pizza, pasta, fries, wrap (often out of stock). • Dinner = same boring food daily. • Breakfast = repetitive and low quality. • Dirty utensils, cheap alcohol, poor desserts. Our child hardly ate — nothing suitable for kids. 🧹 Rooms were not clean, linens weren’t fresh, and the bathroom was subpar — unacceptable for the price. 🎭 No evening entertainment. 👶 No kids’ or adult activities. 🌊 The sea is beautiful, but that’s not thanks to the hotel. 🚫 No support 🚫 No transparency 🚫 No value for money We left disappointed. We won’t return — and don’t recommend it.

Being an Expedia member for almost 20 years now, I don’t know how Expedia is even listing this hotel! The hotel was below average, the service was really bad, the towels in the rooms were being folded back on the rack without changing them!! I didn’t have any shampoo or shower gel in my room, also the tv channels were not working, they were getting stuck despite the promises that I got from the receptionist that it will be fixed, they have even skipped a day without doing any housekeeping. But the shocking incident that happened was one day before our checkout date, I went back to the room at around 3:30pm and all both my suitcases were not in the room, I was shocked and when I have contacted the receptionist, she didn’t even understand what I was saying. I had to go all the way up to the reception and met the manager who took me in the storage room where I found my luggage there!! He said sorry very quietly as if he was trying to tell me not to make a scene. This hotel staff doesn’t even know what they are doing, I bet they have hired people temporarily for the season only. My recommendation, please don’t fall for the name or the chain, do your research.

Avkopplade resa sola/bada med riktigt bra frukost

Ett riktigt stort hotell vi bodde vid trägård som också tillhörde hotellet då , man behövde åka 3 hissar för komma till vårt rum. Det fanns 2 hissar till en till poolen & stranden också. Annars var all personal vi kom i kontakt med så vänliga och trevliga då fick ett riktigt bra bemötande vid incheckning . Vi såg värdeskåpet trasigt när vi kom till rummet väntade vi till dagen efter & träffade bärhjälpen tror han hette Haile som hjälper till med väskor & mycket mer . Då vi träffade på honom dagen efter pratade lite och nämnde att värdeskåpet var trasigt direkt ville han hjälpa till ringa en tekniker för titta på det trots att klockan var mycket vi ville såklart inte vara till något besvär & fick snabbt hjälp fixade det på 2min. Detta kan man kalla service stort tack till honom alltid glad och positivt då vi träffade på honom mycket eloge till honom. Poolen va riktigt fin och härligt att umgås vid testade också ligga nere vid stranden som var tillräckligt stor att vara på & sola. Gymet var litet men helt ok. Testa på äta på snacks baren & takvåningen 2ggr var båda ggr tog det tid för att få maten på takvåningen men fin utsikt mot havet. Städningen var kanon fram till den dagen före före utcheckning då den tjej var ledig kom det en ersättare in . Inga rena handdukar & toapapper behövdes fyllas på då vi hade 1natt kvar. Stället hade 1 tobaksbutik på hotellet öppet dygnet runt. Vill man ut på stan får man hjälp med att boka taxi åt en. Stort tack till en bra personal på hotellet.
