We wanted a relaxing weekend and that is what we got. Everything was clean from the time you walked in the room was clean. The bathrooms were clean. They kept the downstairs area clean. Their breakfast is awesome. We actually had dinner there too. And that was really good. From the front desk to the dining area all the employees were so nice.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! Extremely clean! Everywhere you look is clean! The staff for the hotel are top notch! Super friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Gatlinburg. It has nice amenities like the indoor/outdoor pool and lazy river that my daughter loved! The building was clean and the staff were nice. My family and I loved the breakfast and the made to order omelets! The balcony in the room was also a plus to have and was actually spotted a black bear near the property! The only con I would say is that the room did have a slight smell to it, not sure if that was because it's an animal friendly hotel or what the case it, but we had to spray to freshen it up a little bit. Other than that, it was a great stay!
