If you ever get a chance to visit Toledo, this is the hotel to stay in. You feel like you are staying in a castle and the service is amazing! Walking distance to everything including the cathedral.

Beautiful hotel with a view that was stunning from from bedroom. Restaurants open late and I was done by 6:30. There were no places open to eat and I went to bed without dinner. The next morning I found a “room service” menu? Armed with Starbucks, there was a refrigerator when I ate early. I would definitely recommend these spacious, clean and well- appointed rooms.

The hotel is recently opened and in perfect condition. The ambiance is special. The rooms are small however and the deluxe vista category is neither. I had to upgrade to a suite to get a room with a real view. The suite was spectacular, with a balcony and.view of the Cathedral and city. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.

Wifi and tea bags

Their wifi is not secured what is nowadays so in nearly every hotel. So, no banking possible. They provided one tea bag, black tea, per couple and had problems to change their behaviour, proceedings. Otherwise nice people.

A wonderful stay in a luxurious hotel.

What a wonderful hotel. Created from 7 medieval houses, as you walk through you can see in the undercroft cisterns and other archaeological remains. Staff at reception were very helpful, providing map and suggestions on best things to see and do. Our room with a small terrace was a good size with an incredibly comfortable bed. The room was well furnished with a kettle, a coffee maker, robes and plenty of storage space. Our terrace had two chairs and a lovely view over the town and the hills in the distance. Bath had a monsoon shower over it and good quality toiletries. Breakfast was extra but was of a very high quality with a huge choice of breads, meats, cheese, salads as well as hot food. We didn't use the spa, too busy sightseeing. All in all a superb stay and value for money too. I would recommend that anyone with reduced mobility or with lots of luggage should contact the hotel when booking as the entrance is down a steep, very narrow road that taxis cannot enter, so have to stop outside the cathedral about 50 meters away.
