The Management was great. Looking forward to possibly staying there in the future. They were able to answer all of my questions, assist with what was needed and always friendly. The room was one of the updated beachfront two queen beds room. It was spacious and had a great view. Access to the beach was amazing for the warmer hours of the day. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel so we didn't have to worry about parking downtown.

The hotel is in a good location. The room was remodeled but the furniture very outdated. The room had a lot of bugs when we checked in (mosquitoes and flies)

Nice property with a good view of the beach. Room was very nice and freshly remodeled. The only issues I had were my tv did not work at all. And the splash pad/ waterpark area was closed. Overall we had a nice stay at the property.

Clean room, nice balcony and great view, beach access great, beach needs some better up keep but good, outlets loose and wouldn’t hold chargers, tv good, WiFi decent, easy walk to ferry transit, ice machine broke down, water park not open even though not listed on website, hallways ok, outside trashes jammed full, nice outdoor fire pits except one over full, worse part was when I called because toilet was flushing right and sink not draining right I was told “what do you want me to do about it?”, she ultimately brought us a plunger but never looked up from her phone outside when giving it to my husband.

We found hair all over the bathroom and on the beds in the room. Toilet paper roll was empty. Room had a musty smell when we first arrived. Room has not been updated in a very long time. Bed felt like i was sleeping on a piece of plywood. The room was also never cleaned during our stay.

There is no current gym or water park on site. Without these items, I think the hotel was overpriced. Room service did not come daily. The gym I was sent to use at the Clarion didn’t have very good equipment. Disappointed for the cost.

My room was not clean and never got clean for the 4 days that I stayed. The room had bugs in it and we booked a room off the water and was told that they don’t even have rooms off the water. The room overall was nasty and had to be cleaned by me because I brought my own cleaning supplies.

When we arrived at 2:30 we asked if we could get an early check-in, but our room wasn't cleaned yet which was fine because check in isn't until 4. So in the mean time we parked and went to check out the water. The water was clean and the beach was nice. There were some broken chairs and towels laying around but there were also chairs that were fine. Some people had brought their own chairs from home. My son who is nine loved skipping stones, looking for rocks and chasing some seagulls while we waited til four o'clock to get to check in. At 4 we went to the front desk to check in. Our room still wasnt ready, so instead of getting pissed we just spent more time in the water(only up to our knees because we had on shorts.) At 4:40 we went back and our rooms were ready.
