Location was best thing about this hotel - it was in a lovely quiet yet central area. The room was very charming with lots of character features, although we struggled a little with the bathroom. It didn’t give us much privacy for using the toilet! I wouldn’t book this hotel for the rooftop pool, which in reality is a very small and quite unappealing space.

Great hotel great location!

Loved our stay here! The location is within 5 mins walk to the cathedral and the main centre! Loads of restaurants nearby. The pool is very small but does the job of cooling you down and has lovely lounge chairs beside it. Only downside was the bathroom in our room - it was behind tinted glass but was fully see through and offered no privacy from most angles of the room! Overall a great hotel that I would definitely recommend - very good price for the location and the staff were lovely!

The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and super convenient to the venue for the conference I attended. I'll stay there again in two years. However, there is no staff from 5 pm to 9 am, and that is a bit difficult if one has problems with the keypad for the doors. Someone should be available for clients who don't have a cellphone. What would happen if a guest had an emergency?

They ask you to communicate via What’s App (why?) They will ask to send your passport photo and info via an email…never! Very, very noisy building. Did not sleep much on my 3rd and last night. 2 prior night were noisy but less (I guess it depends who stays at the hotel) The terrasse is very dated and not well maintained. The pool is verrry small and no shade at the pool level. The place is close to many restaurants which is good. The girl who greeted us was « somewhat » nice. Din’t get me wrong, the place is charming and the 2 star rating is accurate!

Unser Aufenthalt in Sevilla war insgesamt angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und angenehm ruhig – wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Auch die Anlage war gepflegt und stilvoll, mit einem Aufzug, der den Komfort zusätzlich erhöht hat. Allerdings gab es einige Punkte, die uns gestört haben. Die Regeln im Hotel waren sehr streng, und manchmal hatte man das Gefühl, ein wenig überwacht zu werden. Besonders aufgefallen ist uns das beim Gemeinschaftskühlschrank: Dort konnte man sich Getränke nehmen und sollte sie auf einem Zettel notieren – eine nette Idee. Direkt daneben hing jedoch ein Schild mit der Aufschrift „We are watching you“. Das wirkte eher abschreckend und vermittelte ein Gefühl von Misstrauen. Da wir nach 17:00 Uhr eingecheckt haben, erfolgte der Check-in per Videoanleitung, was grundsätzlich gut funktionierte. Dennoch hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Erreichbarkeit des Personals eingeschränkt war. Zwar konnte man jederzeit schreiben, aber uns wurde gesagt, dass die Telefonnummer nach 17:00 Uhr nur für Notfälle gedacht sei – das sollte man bei der Planung bedenken. Ein weiterer Punkt betrifft den Poolbereich: Eine der Stufen war locker, was eine echte Stolpergefahr darstellte. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden, um Unfälle zu vermeiden. Nicht zuletzt: Der Preis war sehr hoch, und angesichts der eingeschränkten Rezeption und der strengen Regeln hätten wir uns etwas mehr persönlichen Service gewünscht.

Saubere und sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Freundlicher und einfacher Check in im Vorfeld zur Ankunft. Zimmer sind top, einzig die Fenster - typisch für einen Altbau - schlecht isoliert, daher hört man die Straße recht deutlich. Allerdings wurden am Tag unserer Abreise die Arbeiten für moderne Fenster begonnen, somit sollte in Zukunft auch das kein Problem mehr sein. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Unterkunft in Sevillas Zentrum.
