The hotel was so quaint and clean. I was sure how I'd like the virtual agent however, their responsiveness was so prompt, friendly and effective. I would absolutely stay there again!

A lovely place to stay

I had a 2 night stay at Lily Hall and am already planning a return. The room was lovely and well-thought out with great decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was central to tons of things to do in Pensacola. The staff was very communicative and although not a traditional method of checking in, it was very clear and easy to use and understand. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Although there was no front desk, the staff was very helpful by text & we had a very easy check in. A restaurant is on the premises. The rooms were very comfortable as were the public spaces.

Anniversary Stay!

Overall, place was great! Good location, great ambience, super clean and confortable. The "Brother Fox" restaurant located downstairs is super convenient and has great food. We did not go to the bar "Sister Hen", but I'm sure it a great too. Place was very charming.

Stay was pretty good. The checkin had some twists (receiving an email woth room assignment only to realize that the room wasn't clean nor was it assigned to us), but the property is great. Very clean, quiet and pleasant.

Wonderful Boutique

Had the best experience at this adorably cute and quirky little gem!! From the gorgeous design, amazing aroma throughout, wonderful bathroom amenities (even had a steamer en-suite) and cozy beds. Gorgeous aesthetics with laid back lounge meets library feels!! Can’t wait to go back!

Great hotel!

Very quaint and fun hotel. My only complaints are no real coffee only instant, but my husband worked around that. And crazy as it sounds no iron or steamer in the room. Otherwise it was an awesome place and I will continue to stay there. Cant wait to come back.

Lily Hall is the Bees Knees

I loved my stay at Lily Hall! I already referred 8 people to Lily Hall for future stays. Kari is an excellent executive host and truly caters to your needs! I do wish that phone calls were answered instead of just texts. This is NOT A COMPLAINT, just preference. Everything was answered expeditiously. I feel Lily Hall is a hidden gem that needs to be seen by all!

Great Stay

Lily Hall was an AMAZING place to stay for a quick weekend getaway. The experience was fun, unique and enjoyable. We were so impressed by the cleanliness of everything. Smells from the restaurant, clean linens and even a relaxing smell in the hallway (sure wish I knew what was in that plug-in - lol) made the experience so much more enjoyable. Checking in was super easy and the record player immediately set the mood upon our arrival. The burger was delicious and our visit to Sister Hen, a hidden speakeasy at Lily Hall was intimate and relaxing. The Bee’s Knees was an awesome drink choice by the way. All of this and located within minutes of everything. Such a romantic, fun filled experience. Highly recommended - A+++++ 😊

I loved the attention to detail of this boutique hotel! The records and record player provided, the pitcher and glasses, the hand painted tiles in the bathroom and beautiful wallpaper made it a unique place to spend a date night in Pensacola. My one complaint is the lack of water pressure in the shower.
