The guy at the front desk was repeatedly patronizing and rude. Clean, but bed stiff and uncomfortable with pillows too fat for sleeping and a sheet that barely covered the bed with no other cover. No cofee maker or kettle, and barely functioning internet. I regret choosing this hotel and do not recommend this place.

Great place to hang out. A couple short blocks from tons of shopping, restaurants, and Mediterranean promenade. Property has lots of space to chill - couches and chairs, grass, trees and even a small swimming pool area. Manager super friendly and makes stay enjoyable. Front desk dude fairly abrupt and breakfast lady too busy eating her breakfast and socializing with maids to cook some eggs. Luckily the manager proactively intervened to ensure check in went smooth and eggs got cooked!! Recommend the hotel.

My stay at Villakonak Hotel exceeded all my expectations! First and foremost, the breakfast served at the hotel was outstanding. Every morning, a fresh, diverse, and rich breakfast spread awaited us, featuring delicious local specialties that energized us for the day ahead. The ambiance of the hotel was both peaceful and enchanting. Nestled in nature, the serene and quiet environment made relaxation a true pleasure. Sitting in the garden, sipping tea while listening to the birds, was a perfect way to unwind. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The hotel owners and staff were always cheerful and helpful. They made us feel right at home, addressing our needs promptly and prioritizing guest satisfaction at all times. I highly recommend Villakonak Hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful, comfortable, and nature-immersed getaway. I’m certain you’ll leave with a smile and a desire to return.

A wonderful hotel

We spended 4 days at villa konak hotel. It was an amazing stay with a very friendly staff. Just 5 min from bazar area. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Every day at 17 oclock they served tea and tasty homemaked cakes. Its a very nice and quiet place with a small beautiful garden. When i got sick the last night the reception helped calling a taxi to bring me to emergency care. The sweet taxidriver went with us inside and waited with us without any xtra charge. He was also the one who toke us to the airport next day. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a nice quiet stay. And also a recommendation for the driver wich the hotel booked for us. Thank you for a wonderful time and a big regards to all the wonderful people working at villa konak hotel

A peaceful retreat from the cares of the world

Going on my first holiday following the unexpected death of my husband, I found the staff friendly, helpful and supportive. I arrived very early for checking and they were able to give me a room. They also provide me with a packed breakfast when I had arranged a tour. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They were even able to get me gluten free bread for my breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and serviced daily. The communal breakfast area had continuous hot and cold drinking water and it was not a problem to get water when you needed it. The staff were happy and the ladies communicated as best they could with guests, which seemed to work. The manager spoke excellent English and had a welcoming persona for all guests. I would recommend Villa Konak as a peaceful quiet place, yet close to town and food outlets. However, you do need to be able to climb steps as the hotel is built on a hillside. The pool looked inviting, but I didn't go in. The sun loungers were comfortable for reading and sunbathing.

Villa Konak Otel’de konaklamamız harikaydı. Daha ilk andan itibaren karşılama çok samimiydi. Özellikle çalışanlardan Almira Hanım ve Ceylan Hanım’ın ilgisi ve misafirperverliği gerçekten takdire şayandı. Otelin her yeri tertemizdi. Kaldığımız *IRiS adlı oda* oldukça geniş, ferah ve hijyenikti. Villa Konak’ta adeta bir *aile ortamı* var; misafirler, sanki evlerine gelmiş gibi sıcak bir şekilde karşılanıyor. Otelin sahibi Korkut Bey her an otelin içinde, misafirlerle yakından ilgileniyor ve bu da kendinizi özel hissettiriyor. *Kahvaltılar mükemmel*. Her gün sunulan ev yapımı yoğurt gibi ikramlar fark yaratıyor. Ayrıca içecek sistemi çok hoşumuza gitti: Aldığınız her içeceği bir listeye kendiniz işaretliyorsunuz ve çıkışta topluca ödeme yapıyorsunuz. *Müşteriye duyulan güven* bu oteli gerçekten özel kılıyor. 3 gece kaldık. Odamız temiz ve yeterli idi. Personel, özellikle işletme sahibi süper. Küçük bir havuzu var. Kahvaltı yeterli. Konum merkezde. Yolu yokuş olduğu için yürüme problemi olan sıkıntı çekebilir. Bir de hemen önünde sadece 3-4 araçlık park yeri var.
