I had a great time at this place! Took my family of 5 for a little vacation of 5 days and decide to stay at this hotel and it was the best decision I've made! Very well located, it's right in the middle of everything from groceries to different dinning places and attractions! Shout out to the owner Mr Demirdogan! Such a terrific guy! Very helpful and friendly.. also Jonathan! Very nice guy, always willing to help! Thank you very very much guys! The hotel itself was great. Clean, quiet, the owner was wonderful. The area around the hotel is a little rough, but the owner can’t help that. He assured me that it was a safe area and we had no issues during our stay. We walked everywhere and had no problems whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a 3-storey, very well located and clean hotel. If you don't any have knee or hip problems, the stairs will be okay for you it was not a problem for me. Definitely recommend!

Overall very happy with the stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and all our requests were taken care of upon arrival. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Parking was limited but not far from the hotel. The hotel and parking lot are on a dodgy street with homeless people, but it’s also a minute walk to Sherbrooke Street so you’re not far from the main stretch of town, just be safe and walk with a group. Most places downtown are just a 10 minute walk and my group only needed to use the car once. Would recommend here if you’re looking for a cost efficient place to stay that’s still in the center of town.

I would not recommend this hotel

I did not enjoy my stay here with my family of 3. Room was clean overall, but smelled musty/smoky. Furnishings were run down. Pull out couch was so lumpy it could not be slept on so we all 3 had to crowd into one bed. No communication with staff except at check in. Location was decent.

Staying here is a unique experience. The hotel is located with a tiny sign at a glass door on the street. A ring cam gets you the attendant who buzzes you in to a set of steep stairs to the 2nd or 3rd floor. No elevator. The owner/worker did speak English and was super nice. He helped with luggage too. Parking is in an alley with the homeless, the attendant rode with me to show me the way. The rooms were super clean and the bed comfortable. Food was available just below the room and good coffee around the corner. Staying at this place is like staying in the old world. Very unique experience. It’s not a Holiday Inn Express and not for the Karen’s of the world. Oh there is a crazy roof top balcony area too.

I liked that it was clean, comfortable, secure, and close to where I needed to be. It was minimal frills but the kitchenette with coffee maker was very handy and the heating worked well and the TV's were nice and I had comfortable spots to do my work and also some yoga for a break. finding the parking originally was a little challenging and I had a confusing conversation with the person who greeted me while the owner was away, and they were still working on cleaning my room when I arrived even though it was two hours after checkin time. so check-in was a little awkward but the room was great and exactly what I needed. Some parts of the room were in rough shape - peeling paint in some corners and things like that - but the same is true in my own house if I think about it so it didn't affect my enjoyment much.

This was an amazing find. The entrance to the hotel is tucked away and you climb a (private/indoor) staircase to get to the lobby, but then you enter a charming space. It is about a small business, not a huge chain, and the owner is so friendly and accessible. It felt like a boutique: cute and clean, with A kitchenette you could definitely cook a meal in, though who would want to visiting Montreal! It was close to both McGill and the downtown, with many restaurants and cafes on the street.
