Awesome hotel

The location is great. Tsukiji market is literally just outside the front door. There is easy access to the major attractions like Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya etc. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They make you feel at home. The onsen is great and relaxing.. Of all the hotels I've stayed in during my numerous visits to Japan, this is by far my favourite and feels like home.

The room is supper small, it barely fits a big suitcase, I had to put the suitcase right at the door entrance and move it every time I need to go out. It’s very convenient for food, but no shopping area around the hotel. The public bath and breakfast are the highlights for our stay. (Same breakfast menu during our five days stay, but it’s still good)

Great location rught next to Tsuchiji maket. Loved the onsen public bathhouse. Great breakfast with lots of options--even had salmon sashimi and other fresh seafood options. The staffs were kind and accommodating. The rooms were a bit small but that’s not uncommon in Tokyo. Overall, very happy with the stay.

This was a great hotel to stay in right on the door step of Tsukiji market and a 5 minute walk to the nearest station. Once the market closes the street the hotel is on becomes nice and quiet, across from the hotel is nice coffee shop and next to the hotel is a Family Mart in case you need a quick snack.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Hotel was very organized and clean. Every time I come back to the hotel. My room was always clean with refills of water and my close were folded. A 5 star service. Onsen was awesome as well. Can’t wait to stay there again on my next visit to Japan.

Better to replace all front desk staff with robots

First of all, you should know that we love Japan and have been traveling in Japan for the past 30 years for work and leisure. But this time is different. I need to spend a few minutes on this as this hotel has changed my mind about service in Japan. I gave this hotel one star for the fact that it’s located right next to Tsukiji market and it’s brand new opened recently. Nothing however in this hotel could earn a star. Front desk staff are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Everything is a loud NO.

A very small room. I knew it was small when booking, it is another thing when actually there. It is very difficult to move around if you are a large/tall person between bed and the "hallway" where the toilet and showers are. There is no space to put your luggage. There is a small foldable chair which I used to place my suitcase in the hallway. The room door could then only be opened halfway. Since the room is very small, shower towels are stored in basket next to the bed. Hand towels are stored in a drawer at the washing sink. But there is no place to hang up your towels after use. That is strange since the hotel encourages their visitors to partake in their green initiative with cleaning the room on every third day. This room has an actual shower in a separate room.
