Located close to the ximending pedestrian area and the Taipei main station, it offers a wonderful view of Taipei from its upper floors. The rooms are compact bur well equipped, with excellent beds with firm mattresses. The service is excellent and discreet, with a lot of amenities. The breakfast restaurant is a delicious buffet with daily offerings. It was a superb stay that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located close to the MRT station and a short walk to the airport train station. It is also right around the corner from a busy pedestrian shopping area with lots of shopping and dining options. The hotel is a Japanese chain, so many aspects of the hotel are Japanese including the bathroom layout (separate toilet from sink and bath) and lots of Japanese items at the breakfast buffet. If I had realized this beforehand I may have chosen a different hotel as I really wanted a ‘Taiwan’ experience and would have appreciated more local options for breakfast. The service was excellent, especially Louis who checked us in and provided us assistance throughout our stay.

The hotel is great, at the best location of Taipei, super convenient to subway and bus stations, a lot of restaurants and vibrant night life. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is also nice. Hotel offers currency exchange, however only accept $50 or $100 bills. We had $20 bills so they couldn’t provide the service, That would be my only suggestion. We would definitely stay at Solaria Hotel again.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly - always welcomed and greeted when passing through the lobby. Free tea, water and coffee in lobby which was nice. Breakfast is located on the 7th floor. Had to buy a ticket through the lobby first and there are notices everywhere to not go at certain times. I think my only issue is the hard 3pm checkin for everyone. I know this makes it easier for the cleaners and gives a consistent approach but landing at 6am made for a long wait especially after an 18 hour flight. The hotel has a laundry room and a self baggage storage area which I did use and found very helpful. The location was perfect for my needs but I wish there was room service. Overall it was a good stay.

西門エリアにあるため、食事もショッピングも楽しむことができました。また、西門駅からも近く、移動も快適でした。 台北のホテルは、エコへの取り組みに熱心なため、使い捨ての備品(歯磨きセット、コットンや綿棒など)が無いものもありますが、不便は感じませんでした。お部屋の清掃も、連泊の場合は希望がない限り、3泊目以降に行うとのこと。個人的には室内に立ち入られることが苦手なので有難いシステムでした。もちろん、2泊目のタオル類はドアノブに用意してくれています。 また、チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりは共用スペースにあるセルフクロークでした。日本のビジネスホテルではお馴染みですが、台北にもあったので助かりました。 次回の旅でもぜしとも利用したいです。

Der var gratis kaffe og kildevand i receptionen men jeg savnede en hotelbar. Morgenmadsrestauranten serverede omeletter og æg på bestilling. Jeg savnede nogle flere europæiske valg. Eksempelvis friskbagt brød i stedet for toast og de samme små boller hver dag. Jeg kommer gerne igen
