Man sollte das Management austauschen.

Das Hotel hat soviele Negative, dass dieses nur vom Managemant zu verantworten ist. Angefangen bei den unfähigen Mitarbeitern der Reception, über die dreckigen Zimmern mit vielen defekten Sachen. Wenn man einmal genauer hinschaut gruselt es einem. Leider musste ich beruflich bedingt, mehr als einen Monat hier Wohnen. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass das Management etwas unternimmt um die Missstände abzuschaffen.

Was disappointed bar was shut at 5pm as lone female didn’t want to wander too far on my own. Cleanliness was great, room basic but comfy, staff helpful. Ideal location to where I wanted to be so would definitely rebook. Tea and coffee would be great in the room but that’s my preference and not a criticism.

I was given a room 5 th floor. I went up - bonding a room. Went down with luggage - the staff trucked to find where the room was. Too. Apparently it was in the other block - you need first go to 4 th floor, then thorough a lab rent of corridors, then take another lift - it was not working. So I had to climb up theatres . It took me a long time to learn that way. I also had building works in the morning next yo My room. The room itself was nice. But a double bed for two was too narrow. We had a sleepless night . Also - breakfast not very good. Stuff at the administration was helpful.

Beim Check-in (26.08.) wurde mir ein Zimmer gegeben, was nicht fertig war (offene Decke, Eimer im Eingang). Die Rezeption wusste davon nichts und es hat fast eine Viertelstunde gedauert, mir ein neues Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen. Obwohl ich beim Check-in alle Daten aufgegeben hatte, wurde beim Check-out (28.08.) die Rechnung ohne Adresse gedruckt. Als ich dieses reklamierte, war die Antwort: ich muss die Daten noch erfassen, kann ich Ihnen die Rechnung spätestens heute Nachmittag per Mail schicken? Jetzt, am 28.08. um 22:00 Uhr warte ich immer noch auf die Rechnung. 2x habe ich versucht, die Rezeption telefonisch zu erreichen, einmal hing ich 5 Minuten in der Warteschleife, bevor die Verbindung vom Hotel getrennt wurde, beim zweiten Versuch habe ich die Verbindung nach 25 Minuten beendet, ohne dass ein Mitarbeiter an das Telefon gegangen war. Es kann mir keiner erzählen, dass um 22:00 Uhr ein solcher Andrang herrscht, dass das Telefon nicht bedient werden kann. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
