The hotel is located in a trendy neighborhood, but the hotel is not too busy. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to public transit. It's a decent enough budget hotel with good communication and easy self check-in. Could have been a touch cleaner, but overall it was a comfortable room with nice amenities.

We had bookes for 4 - but the beds were made for 3. We got the missing pillow/duvet from the nice maid. While looking for the missing pillow/duvet, I noticed that under the sofa bed, it was quite dusty. The room was very hot even with an open window and the AC running 24/7. With four people in the room - it is quite small. The kitchen, closet space and bathroom was very fine. Overall, the value you get for the price is acceptable. The location is good, as it is in an eclectic part of town, and very easy to get to Alexander Platz and anywhere else you want to go in town.

Staff was contacted but said they couldn not do anything about it so someone slept without and bedding or a pillow. Very poor experience, considering we were charged 20€ for the third person.

Lit canapé peu confortable avec un matelas très fin et des ressorts grinçants. Table très petite pour déjeuner à 3 personnes. Salle de bain et espace cuisine correctes.

Hätten wir kein Zimmer zum Innenhof und ruhiger Umgebung gehabt, wären wir vermutlich ausgecheckt. Das Zimmer roch jedes Mal unheimlich muffig. Erst dachten wir es hätte jemand geraucht, aber nein. Die Fenster mussten auch bei Abwesenheit offen bleiben, der Geruch war super eklig und modrig. Ohne Duftkerzen war es für mich nicht auszuhalten. Was sich da wohl unter dem Teppichboden im Flur und unter dem Vinyl in den Zimmern verbirgt. Die Türen schließen nicht bündig.. Das Boxspringbett bzw. der Topper komplett durchgelegen, sodass man in einer Kuhle lag. Auch das Drehen der Matratzen half nicht. Als ich dann den Bezug des Toppers gesehen habe, wurde mir schlecht. Diesen sollte man auch mal waschen. Sauberkeit ist okayyy. Ganz gut eingerichtet, in der Küche ist sogar eine kleine SpüMa. Anbindung ist perfekt & Friedrichshain ein mega Viertel.
