Good value basic accommodation. Private room with basic ensuite and breakfast for well under e100. (NB Towel hire costs extra, and bring your own shower gel/soap). 20 mins walk from Gare du Nord (or there are buses). Nearby métro direct to Gare Montparnasse.

I enjoyed my stay. The place is convient close to all publoc transport. Restaurant and eatery all 3 min walk. Plenty of food options . Staff are very polite/ courteous and there were needed, especially the morrocan security guard i forgot to ask for his name, very helpful. The only thing i could ask them to fix is the toilet seat and drinking water fountains broken

Excellent service. Customer-friendly staff. Interesting building, spacious rooms, comfortable, clean, quiet. Good breakfast to kick start the day. Quite interesting to see more older people, as opposed to the regular younger people at hostels.

Although it was cheap, the hotel is infested with bugs and mosquitoes. Staff was impolite and refused to help with the infestation problem at all. The listing may say private bathroom but only included a private shower. Water temperatures of both the shower and sink are not adjustable. The room itself was unclean and covered with dead bugs. The air conditioning did not work and window barely opens. The surrounding area was unsafe and dirty. You will wake up covered in mosquito bites — I do not recommend this place.

THE NIGHTTIME GUY IN THE RECEPTION HAS NO PATIENT, he didn’t give the wifi password before he let us go! The surroundings there are not really safe especially at night time there was lots of black people wandering around the corner of the building! Breakfast was good!
