DO NOT STAY HERE. The first red flag that I noticed when staying at Kasa Rino was a lack of in-person concierge upon arrival. You speak to a faceless bot who gives you a code 30 mins before arrival. At the end of the stay, I left a pack of smokes on the kitchen counter. The cleaner took a picture of the smokes, sent it to head office and said there was proof that I was smoking in the unit. At no point did I smoke inside the unit, or even on the balcony. I explained this to them, but they still did not return my deposit. Do not trust them.

Not a great stay. Getting in was odd, the front door wax not secure, sketchy occupants. I felt unsafe and left after 1 night. Hosts were not helpful, went straight to " no refunds"without regard to my comfort. I do not recommend .
