The location is very convenient, right next to the station. The room was too hot so I opened the window to cool it down. The shower room door was not cleaned properly and was unpleasant. The breakfast was satisfying, with standard ingredients provided. I was surprised by how sudden the alarm was. I was troubled by the lack of any communication, the phone was not connected, and the elevators were stopped. In the end I took my valuables and went down to the front desk myself to make sure there was no fire. It was disappointing that there was no announcement from the hotel.

Prinzipiell nettes Hotel und für uns gute Lage. Auch der Empfang war freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer in Ordnung. Aber: wir waren im Daniel schon als Nicht-Hotelgäste frühstücken und waren begeistert, darum dieses mal die Wahl dort zu schlafen. Wir waren enttäuscht. Die Auswahl wäre prinzipiell gut, wenn vorhanden. Die Aufstriche waren fast leer, letzte Reste mussten vom Boden des Behälters gekratzt werden. Ebenso der Senf zum Lachs. Grieskoch war die ganze Zeit leer (über 1 Stunde) und Kaiserschmarren wurde auf Nachfrage nach 30 Minuten geliefert. Das ganze um halb 8 Uhr morgens, da läuft das Buffet noch 2,5 Stunden. Das Personal sollte da mehr darauf achten, das Buffet nachzufüllen.
