Hotel was very nice and clean. Only drawbacks was the distance from the main subway station of Ueno. Around a 20 minutes walk which isn’t bad but when you have luggages, backpacks, and kids, it becomes more like 30 minutes.

Everything worked. Our apartment was big enough for two people. Any more and it would be cramped. The toilet was the smallest I have ever seen or used. Must enter backwards. But Very clean. A long walk to the subway stations. AEON supermarket within 50 m, and some restaurants nearby. Best station from Haneda airport is Iriya station.

Great location at the end of Kappabashi shopping district. Also a short walk from main parts of Asakusa. Not particularly close to a train station. Short walk to Asakusa train station (Tsukuba system) and longer walk to Iriya station (Tokyo metro). Property is clean and well run as is most, if not all, other Minn locations.
