Central location, amazing views from rooftop pool

Great location, easy to walk to all restaurants and shops. Nice staff. The rooftop spa was so relaxing with stunning views. We sat in the hot tub soaking in the views of the glacier and mountains.

This hotel is in the center of the city and walkable to all venues even the ski Lyft. Many many restaurants and shopping places in a few minutes walking distance. This property has dry sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and a pool on the roof top. The staff are super friendly as well.

The property is located well. Close to everything and great view of the mountains. The staff are friendly. The room should have been cleaned better, there was food remnants stuck in the pillow ontop of the bed. Un- fresh smelling shower.

Loved this little gem! Staff was amazing, location is great, rooms are clean and cozy. More traditional vs modern, but very cute. I got sick and the staff was very nice to me. Brought me tea and honey, and tried their best to help me out. Just loved it here:)

Extremely rude and unprofessional staffs! I’ve never been yelled at or hung up on by a hotel staff. I’m shocked how a hotel staff can yell at a customer and hang up on the phone. These staffs seriously need basic education on how it’s supposed to work on hospitality services.

The beds need an update. The mattresses are pretty hard and seem old. Also, parking is challenging with the need to call to be let in every time and then drive on what is supposed to be a pedestrian walkway.
