It has potential

The rooms are as basic as it possibly can get, only to the bed and the TV. I had to put my suitcases on the floor. I had to put the towels on the bathroom counter, no where to hang them. The breakfast was good, but very small. The other hotels that I stayed in offered a lot more for less money. The view and area around pool were great. With minimum investment the management can easily make 25% improvements. With a bit more investment can transform this property. Location is good and safe with so much dinning options.

In the mornings, it was just my friend and I reading by the pool yet they turned the music up full blast when a song the staff liked came on. They also added drinks to our bill that we did not have and did not help us resolve this issue.

The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and the lobby area was clean. The hotel did not look like the pictures so I was caught off guard. The pool was more of a hot tub size. My initial room had a smell of mold and fresh paint so I declined. After checking 2 other rooms I settle on one that was acceptable even though there was not a window. There was no hot water and a lot of noise throughout the night in the hallway, which made the night after traveling not good. I was not comfortable as a solo traveler to remain there so I decide to not stay the full 7 days and had to look for another hotel which was an inconvenience and took up my time from touring this beautiful city. A picture is worth a thousand words and not all the words are good ones. Perhaps for a short stay this hotel is suitable just not for a week.

O hotel conta com excelente serviço, boas acomodações e bom preços. A relação custo beneficio é alta. Os quartos com vista para o mar são excelentes, espaçosos e confortáveis. Havia um cheiro de fumaça no final de semana, parecia entrar pela porta do quarto. Acredito que eram as embarcações que passam bem próximas da costa onde o hotel está instalado. O hotel está localizado em El Laguito, cercado por alguns restaurantes, casas de câmbio, farmácias e comércios pequenos. Os melhores restaurantes, no entanto, estão há alguns quilômetros e você precisará usar um meio de transporte. Sem trânsito, está há 20 minutos do aeroporto e há 12 minutos do centro histórico.
