The room spaces is good that opening two large luggages is not a problem. However, not much space to place the bags except one table. The cleanness is average and sometimes has 1-2 flies in the room. The room cleaning is one time per two nights, it is reasonable for considered this price.

Very good hotel at an affordable price (to Singapore standards). The room was large and had a nice view of the street, rooms were very clean including the washrooms. There were sufficient toiletries, you could always ask for more at the front counter. Lounge room available on floors 4 and 6 where you could cook and prepare drinks for yourself. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Good location just outside ferrer park station. Overall loved my stay and would come back if I visit Singapore again.

Location and closeness to MRT was great to explore Singapore. Staff was very friendly, however quite busy therefore some patience is required. Room was good, updated and accurate to the pictures. Walls are thin therefore expect possible noise from neighbours. Also rooms are only cleaned and towels changed every three days. All in all a good value for money for Singapore.
