They treat you as family member seeing to your needs. We love this boutique Hotel's swedish historical charm and appeal as you step on the property grounds. People are nice and friendly. And the gardens are simply beautiful. Our only suggestion would be continued customer services training for the staff. Customer recognition and taste is a huge fidelity / loyalty builder and they could learn how to develop skills in that direction.
