We had a nice time. The location was great. Staff is great.The parking is not so good. VERY tight. For a long weekend I might would stay again. But if staying more than 3 days I would stay in something roomier and more comfortable.

My 1st and last stay at that hotel

Staff was nice and informative,smoked detector beep off and on but finally stopped,didn't have a body mirror nor a peep hole on the door...housekeeping went in my room and front desk didn't let me know until after i went and said something,then they stated that housekeeping doesn't speak English and upon booking nowhere did i see that they charge you $150 that goes towards the room if its any damages,i called the hotel before arriving no one said anything about a hold fee that you get back in 5 to 6 business days...Beach view was great

All of the staff was wonderful. What I did not like is the general care of the property inside and out. Outside, lots of trash. Absolutely no attention to landscaping. Garbage instead. Inside the room, painters tape held the moldy and dirty vinyl edging in place. There were lots of outlets but less than half worked. The tub takes forever to drain which makes for a uncomfortable, icky shower. The ceiling tiles especially in the bathroom are moldy. Many dents and scratches in most of the walls. The wooden walkway to the beach is falling apart. Very scary to walk on. The windows are absolutely filthy inside and out. If it wasn't so beautiful being right on the beach I would've considered leaving.

Very clean room, excellent staff they were all very nice, we had a walkout room which made it very easy access to the pool and beach, however I was very unpleased about the 300 extra charge at check in. It’s a fee they charge then reimburse you after you leave (7-10 days). We budget for our vacation and that really put a huge damper on our trip.

I was very disappointed in my stay. The elevator was out for at least 24 hours on the day we checked out and nobody had any answers as to how long it would be out. I had my elderly sister with me and we were on the 4th floor. Couldn’t even go down to the beach our last day there as she couldn’t do the stairs. Our air condition went out that night also and maintenance had to come at 10:00 at night to fix it. The day we checked out we had to do the stairs and we both ended up on heating pads the next day for our backs I know things happen but when there is only one elevator it seems like the repair shouldn’t have taken that long as it affected in a negative way our whole trip. We won’t stay there again

CLEAN & Easy

This is a no frills hotel BUT it’s clean and easy! It has the best beach access with walk throughs on the first floor that go right out to the pool and then directly to the beach. That + Clean … just right! There is only ONE improvement this hotel really needs to consider…an in-room washer and dryer. Take out the closet and replace with the washer with the dryer on top. PERFECTION!

There is no Internet in the room, not enough sun loungers in the pool, when the hotel is full there is nowhere for people to even sit. Only two Carts for things, elevator is super slow. People smoke on the balconies. And the last thing I saw on the final day was a COCKROACH.

It is on the Ocean but the customer service was horrible and the lady lied about the room being trashed upon giving my cash deposit back I took a video of the room with no trash on the floor all dishes was cleaned no food left in fridge!! The room itself was decent it’s not a 5 star it gets the job done but be careful the back door doesn’t lock and shut all the way not safe! The maintenance man was awesome he was the best experience and nicest person ever!!
