An special place...

The Double Tree is a most unusual resort. The building style is Malay (I assume), and consists of four buildings which cover a large area. The corridors are open and only the rooms, restaurant, reception, etc. are air conditioned. My room wasn't all that big, but cozy ! There were a lot of families present, which would be ok, if it wasn't for screaming kids in the dining room .

This is a hotel you need to understand. It is perfectly located between the airport and Kuala Lumpur, however around the hotel is very little in walking distance. It is a great hotel to get away and staff is amazing. Rooms do need a refresh but are still quite ok

A delightful weekend

We wanna thank Chef Faizal for his TLC to my GF boy. Never b4 have we had such experience, it was delightful and delicious too. Restaurant staff is really attentive too, especially Ms Victoria. We will be back for sure. Room is huge.

Public transportation when traveling with kids is easier. but it does not exist in the entire town. Apart from that all good. The food is nice and great. Staff is very friendly. Only the baggage could come earlier during check in. And it would be nice to be shown the way to room at first time, since it is very confusing layout. Coming again.

Room wasn't 100% cleaned - found a used cotton pad on the table, phone and tabletops were quite dusty and two out of the three rooms we booked did not have shower gel - they did't refill. A bit of a letdown as we had high expectations after staying at other Doubletree hotels. However, the hotel itself was quite beautiful and the beds were comfortable.

There is bloodstained blanket/ comforter. It's very disgusted. This hotel is not as qualified as 5 Star hotel. They need to start to learn it from 1 star. They even have no comb, and no soap. The front seat might be avoid solve this problem promptly since no one pick up the phone in 5 minutes. It's rediculous.

Mix Experience This Time

Reception tak inform parking boleh validate so here we lost RM32 on parking aje. Our previous stay was RM5 per day and was not able to validate too so we thought it was the same this round. Buffet breakfast surprisingly not to our expectations (taste wise). Disappointing. Other than these two, the stay was superb as always. Splash pool was entertaining definitely for the kids - main reason why we checking in here from Shah Alam.

Staying in 3110 Executive Room - view fantastic - privacy not good, next door can come in from balcony - toilet smell of pungent urine n sewage (reported) - checkin experience good by khaire(if im not mistaken his name, he is working in executive lounge) - Makan Kitchen breakfast very messy on reception, no proper arrangement of who sit where - burnt sunny side up - uncooked dim sum despite spoken to the chef still allow others to take . Icy cold. (Chef taking care of roti jala). The other chef just placed it (from chiller) on the steamer not even 5 minutes. I wish i brought my food temperature kits with me to proof it - table not clean but cutlery already set up - Executive Lounge very cosy

Waiting time for beg is like 1 hour. If you decided to take it yourself, make sure you know how far you'll walk to your room. Long queue for breakfast during weekends. The staff is trying hard to find seats for guests. Perhaps open another area for breakfast if high occupancy. Aircon took a long time to warm up and hours to become cold. Other than that room is fine.

シャワー室、ベッドシーツ等衛生面は特に問題はあませんが、プールはリゾート的でなく当方には使えない代物。シンガポールに行く前にピンクモスクに行くため１泊だけしたのですが、ホテル以外にはマレーシア料理店が2店ほどあるでけでコンビニもありません。マレー料理に飽きた人には苦痛かも。ホテル棟が3棟？に分かれていて、雨の時フロントにチェックアウトなどで行くのは大変と思います。たまたまでしょうが、チェックイン時ルームキーが不良で使えず、電話口にはメモ用紙もペンもなかったです。これヒルトンかなと疑います。
