We met a young man, Pierce, who made our stay very pleasant he was polite, informative, and went the extra minute to make our stay more comfortable. The breakfast staff were helpful and there was plenty of attention to cleanliness and keeping things stocked. Check in and out were excellent. Free breakfast disappoints

Our room was a bit dirty. The air conditioning unit was loud and would then turn off at night and heat would come on. Not ideal for Arizona temps. Free breakfast was never stocked. Didn’t matter what time we came down for breakfast. Guests had to tell staff that the food was out, instead of them checking. Those kitchen employees were rude and lazy. We heard from other guests that stay here often that the situation with the free breakfast is always the same. They are always “ out” of food.
