Good hotel at central bus station

Average rooms with city views, pool, sauna and gym on rooftop. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner only. The food is good. The hotel has the flair of a business trip accommodation rather than a family-friendly holiday hotel (if you're looking for the latter I recommend its sister hotel in Playa de Torrevieja or, if you prefer Benidorm city, check out the amazing Flamingo Oasis hotel), but Benidorm offers a lot of tourist activities and this hotel is well-priced.

Cheap hotel, but clean

Hotel was clean, the bed was a little uncomfortable, very thin mattress. The breakfast was not good watered down juice, cold hot food. Staff very unfriendly like they were annoyed you were there, made us feel a little uncomfortable. But the hotel was cheap, so you get what you pay for.

Quiet place for those who likes that

I booked this hotel as it was cheap and thought I don’t need to drag my bags at arrival and when I leave. For that purpose it is very good as it’s above the bus station. Therefore it was five minutes to walk up or down to the bus. I expected some noise from the traffic of the buses but no, I heard nothing. I had a beautiful view. Half of the city and half of the mountains. The sunset was magical there, from my room. Staying there I had quiet evenings. I guess that’s the reason I love Benidorm because I don’t get the evening-night fuss. It’s a bit a ghost like experience there as the bus station itself is closed and the huge building is empty. No signs how to get to the hotel. Finally I found out that walking on the right side on the pavement was the closest option. It is outside the station and going around. I had breakfast which was good. Missed veggies or salad but there was plenty of fruits there. First day a walked to the city but half way (1km) is just walking along the road without anything there. Therefore I used the local buses twice a day (€1.6/one) It was a little accident one night. But it became clear next day what happened. So I wasn’t worried about it anymore. Once someone had a bath above me the water couldn’t flow quickly therefore it was dropped into my bath. Not a huge amount though. It was just a surprise what happened.

With little to expect, I was absolutely surprised by service, hospitality and locality of this hotel. Direct access from the airport, a short walk into Benidorm but just enough out of the way for some peace and quite. The staff were brilliant!

The hotel was conveniently located for our trip, 30 minutes walk to the centre of Benidorm. Very good room size, shower excellent, air con excellent. We did not interact much with staff but they all seemed ready to help. The breakfast was decent, not a big choice for cereals or natural dairy products.
