Our stay was perfect.... especially the overall cleaniness of the suite, as well as the fresh bed linens. The suite was perfectly described in advance of reserving it, for our family of 6. The separation of the 2 bedrooms was perfect.

Usually this is a great stay. We ended up having to throw away the groceries we had bought due to malfunctioning refrigerator that would not keep food cold. Staff acted indifferent when issue was brought up. This cost us a lot of money in food that we had to toss into the garbage. Very unfortunate given that this is an expensive place to stay. We stay here most often when in Reno, but have now started looking at other properties.

I like that you have options on the room sizes. I am a father with 2 small kids that lives out of state. It was easy to have the two bedroom for myself and my ex while I visited. This is a good hotel and we have stayed here in the past. However, considering they increased their rates more than double over the holiday weekend, I do expect the air conditioning to be working. On the 4th floor room we had, the coolest we could get it in the room was 78-80 degrees.
