The property is gorgeous and an experience, however the mosquitos are aggressive and everywhere! My fiancée and I got at least 20 bites and the rooms do not have mosquito nets. Note that the bathroom is partially outside and welcomes many spiders and mosquitos. The staff is very friendly, but we felt itchy and uncomfortable. The food is okay for the price.

I was very disappointed, rooms were nice to look at but not to stay in, i had to check out next day , room and toilet full of insects and water in river smells like sewage! I literally didnt sleep at all due to insects, my body itching all night and things are moving on me and on my bed ! Wanted to make an espresso and found insects there too. True divine luxury that feels other-worldly. We were really drawn to this place for the playful, treehouse style design and upon arrival were taken aback by the oasis that exists off the beaten path of an entirely unsuspecting area. We had initially had plans to explore the areas around, sights, beach clubs, etc. but found that we had discovered true peace and relaxation here so we did not leave the property for our entire two night stay. Additionally, we had an exciting moment; our engagement!! My partner and I found the property so breathtaking, he seized the opportunity to propose on our private deck. The service and staff were so lovely and attentive; the food and drinks were immaculate. We had such a wonderful time here; we knew that leaving would be such a disappointment! The rooms are gorgeous; I loved the outdoor bathrooms. Even so; we had no trouble with bugs or critters like we did in our next hotel in Ubud. We were able to have private dinners in our room with speedy and accurate room service. Our poolside bar staff were wonderful and kept our glasses full while celebrating our happy news! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
