The rooms and common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and gave a fresh, pleasant impression throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide selection of delicious options, all carefully prepared and constantly replenished. The breakfast staff were attentive and ensured everything was in order, creating a relaxed and enjoyable start to each day. Overall, the combination of warm hospitality, excellent location, cleanliness, and a superb breakfast made my stay truly memorable. Buy mattress sheets!!

Great hotel. Right at beach front and restaurants and shops and very safe. The room was clean and house keeping was very accessible and helpful. However you should really, really, really invest on purchasing mattress sheets with the elastic bands the grab the mattress. What is up with using regular sheets on the mattress?? Have of the time, after a few tosses and turns during the night, one ends up sleeping on the bare mattress. Thank goodness it was clean. Nevertheless, it was still gross.

A equipe está de parabéns, o café da manhã é bom, o hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, a piscina é linda e maravilhosa, a localização é perfeita e a vista incrível. Mas é muito velho, decadência, precisa urgente de uma reforma, principalmente os elevadores que são horríveis e parece que vai despencar a qualquer momento, me senti inseguro e como demorava muito por ser pequeno e o hotel ser enorme eu ia de escadas, 4 andares, to há hóspedes do 8 andar descendo de escadas, um absurdo. O elevador de serviço mesmo velho também era melhor doque o outro, enfim se eles darem uma manutenção seria bom, o quarto espaçoso mas tinha muitas baratinhas, tipo umas 10, matava e aparecia mais. O hotel tinha tudo pra ser um espetáculo mas está jogado as baratas, mas pelo valor…

Mas o restante da estadia deixou muito a desejar: Quarto cheirando esgoto o tempo todo, internet e TV não funcionaram nem um dia no nono andar, barata no quarto, somente um elevador que so cabe 6 pessoas para os 10 andares de hospedagem, café da manhã sem variedades e muito cheio todos os dias.

O estado geral do predio muito mal cuidado, as cortinas do meu quarto estavam com o tecido se desfazendo de tão velhas, o colchão era maior que a base da cama, então parte dele estava sem apoio. As toalhas eram muito asperas e com a trama desgastadas. O batente da porta e a porta estavam muito sujos. Fiquei presa no elevador e vi outras pessoas, em diferentes momentos, também presas. A vista do quarto era maravilhosa de frente para a praia.
