Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. During our entire stay, we didn’t have working AC in our room, and on the last night, the AC in our kids’ room also stopped working. While the property itself looked nice, our rooms were dirty. The bathtub in particular was filthy and stained black—we couldn’t even use it for our smaller children. I ended up cleaning the surfaces and bathroom myself using supplies I brought, but it was still very disappointing to see the condition of the room upon arrival.
We were also traveling with four young children (ages 1, 3, 9, and 13), and after a long, exhausting trip, we just wanted to settle in. But even that wasn’t smooth—we couldn’t check into our rooms right away, and they initially placed our kids two doors down the hall, which was not acceptable given their ages. We waited over two hours to resolve the room issue, and even something as basic as requesting a crib for our toddler turned into a hassle.
On top of that, our refrigerator didn’t work. When we brought it up, we were told it was just a cooler and not meant for storing milk. As a result, our milk spoiled multiple times, which was especially inconvenient with small kids.
We tried to communicate these concerns to guest services during our stay, but nothing was properly resolved. The combination of poor room conditions, lack of functioning amenities, and the challenges we faced traveling with our children made this experience incredibly stressful and disappoin
