❤️Friendly check-in, the size of the rooms was incredible, lots of space to stretch out, comfortable beds and bedding, luxurious bathroom, view of highway which we loved, delicious breakfast.
💔The hotel was a maze, signs that don’t lead anywhere, trouble finding our room despite being given directions and we speak English, (Italian tourists we saw there are probably still looking for their rooms), difficulty finding public washrooms due to awkward signage, location-not close to anything walkable, you definitely need a car and Galway is not public parking friendly, they tell you that you don’t need reservations at the Bistro, but you do, because you’re out of luck finding another restaurant close by. Looked forward to using the pool but it closed to early for our family to enjoy after check-in.
